I have been here multiple times, always had good service with the same lady. However, tonight Felix was more concerned about online orders than customers. 3 customers waiting in line for more than 5 minutes, when asked if he could assist us he said we could leave with a rude attitude.

Been there several times never got service at the line of non English speaking obese men women and what appeared to be a 200lbs 4 year old hogged up the line and one non English speaker worker total

Great spot for a sweet treat. Super friendly staff, everything is very clean and spacious, the ice cream flavors are delicious and they even have dairy free options. My husband’s strawberry sundae looked like a work of art. Will be back for sure.

Wonderful ice cream shop in the Royal Oaks Plaza. Run by the shop owners you are guaranteed a great experience. The flavor and toppings are plentiful. Prices are very competitive. The sitting area is large , comfortable and clean. There is even a Instagram picture spot. They are open every day. Parking is very accessible and safe. There are plenty of other eateries around so this is a great dessert stop before heading out. I highly recommend this establishment.
