It must have been a long day because none of them seemed happy to be here. They also forgot to add mayo to my sandwich so it was very dry. The mayo would have made all the difference!

Finally got a chance to try the pastrami sandwich! I've eaten great pastrami in NYC but this is south Florida I've had pastrami sandwiches in quite a few deli here that were decent, Franky's being the best. This Jersey Mike's pastrami sandwich was very good, with plenty of meat at the $11 price! I hope they put it on the regular menu?
Wasted 1 full hour calling store at least 5xs but no answer. Drove to store and the approx 19 yr old manager said they forgot to charge phone battery. Product is always good but management at the Miami Lakes store should be immediately replaced. They are destroying the brand. Might just go back to Subway instead. ??♂️??♂️??♂️

Went during lunch today and it was amazing! There was a line but they moved so quick. I usually go for Pub Subs but after today Jersey Mikes is my go to. Little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for.. Awesome subs?
