I highly recommend the Chicken Francese, it is excellent just like what you would get in New York's Little Italy, very nicely prepared and tasty and on top of that excellent price. Nice friendly service as well.

Ken and mike just want to take the time to say thank you for your service!! You guys are the best Soo far in Miami Lakes area !! I went with my wife and we got to meet the pizza man and this wonderful lady im pretty sure was the owner !! We was having a gathering at our house i want to order some food to take back to the house to enjoy the game that was on tonight! And may i tell you their pizza was soo delicious with all fresh ingredients!!! After talking with the pizza man flakoo you can tell he was very dedicated to the industry. And puts love and soul in what he does from making fresh pizza dough , even the freshly done garlic rolls that are made by hand ,to the freshly ingredients they use for topping every homemade !! My wife and i order the deluxe pizza, Meatlovers , The Veggie, The Pesto , and just your regular cheese and pepperoni and let me tell you its was Amazing!!! We also order a tray of lasagna that was handmade with nice hot Mozzarella melted on top!! the lady recommended it to us ! she was soo nice! She asked us how many guest we had in order to get exactly what we needed to feed all of our guest she was very helpful it was great!! And we also ordered a tray of their house salad that they make with fresh Romain Lettuce that my wife loves!!! The food and the gathering was a hit!! Everyone enjoyed the food ! It was the talk of the night . We most definitely will be ordering again from them. Thank you soo much guys!! Great service we were completely satisfied. See you soon !! Highly recommend guys !! Dietary restrictions: I recently visited Ken and Mike's in Miami Lakes and had an extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately, our encounter with the manager, Zima, left a lasting negative impression. Sima exhibited a rude and nasty attitude, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

During our visit, we faced difficulty communicating in English, and instead of offering help or understanding, Zima shockingly told us to go back to our country. This discriminatory and xenophobic behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that serves a diverse community like Miami Lakes.

Such treatment not only tarnishes the reputation of Ken and Mike's but also creates a hostile environment for customers. We hope the management takes appropriate action to ensure that no other patrons have to endure such disrespectful and hurtful treatment in the future.

We will not be returning to Ken and Mike's and advise others to consider this review before choosing to dine there. Discrimination has no place in our community, and it’s important for businesses to promote inclusivity and respect for all customers.

I have always ordered for pickup, but the only two times I have asked for Delivery, I don't understand why the person who is answering the call passes to a lady who only speaks English and it is difficult for me to refute what she says , because she insists on saying that we live on the other side of the city, that is, I don't have enough brains to order a pizza where the restaurant is an hour away BY GOD! Then she starts to say that we live far away, that they can't do Delivery, I literally live 10 minutes from that restaurant, the first time I ordered it was a problem because I was talking to the man
I was going to bring the pizza and the lady could be heard in the background with the same
Discussion, that we lived far away, since they were going to bring the pizza, I repeated that we don't live far away, I'm giving her the perfect address and she insists that we live very far away. I don't know if her GPS has a problem but she is rude and the tone she uses when speaking is too rude. I won't buy from this site again! They really have good promotions during the week, we always order pizzas at this place but I never buy here anymore! As long as it is to pick up the food, they will serve you well, if not, then you have to put up with the lady who talks to you in a bad way because she simply has an outdated GPS.
