Should hire employees that actually like to serve and extend great customer service to others. Attitude is key when working with people’s food. The workers and manager at this location are rude, unwelcoming, and conducted poor customer service every visit.

This KFC location is very disappointing. The shop smells dirty, which makes the whole experience unappetizing. On top of that, the food portions are extremely small compared to what you’d expect. Definitely not worth the money—I won’t be coming back.

It doesn’t matter if i order online my cherry pop pies, everytime i come they tell me i have to wait, more than the time that i’ve been waiting while the app says, your order is ready for pickup, the girl in the window told me, you have to wait only five minutes, and i told her that is not only 5 minutes, and she said i don’t know😑for this reason is that i order minutes before to not have to be waiting next to door, you should be doing the order when you receive it, not when the person is going to pick it up😒, i hope they see this me

It is a lack of respect from the management of this place. My mother was called to a job interview for 3 pm on October 10, 2024, with Digna Moreno. When we arrived on time at the place, after traveling from far away, the cashier told us that Digna had left and that there were no open positions, that on the contrary they were cutting staff. And with bad manners she got rid of my mother who felt very disrespected. It is a shameful treatment and they probably violate labor laws with such procedures. My mother is also an elderly person and this mistreatment can be considered discrimination (ageism). We will report it to the corresponding authorities.

I've been staying there for 25 years when I go to Disney. Excellent place, clean, friendly staff, very close to the parks. Pools 24 hours a day.

They gave me cold food. There wasn't even ice in the soda machine. The tables were dirty. There are so few staff that you spend a lot of time trying to get served. And I think those stalls are worth too much to not be the same. to the ones in the photo. I've already ordered twice from different places and they are not as crispy as they seem to be in the photo. 8 pieces of tenders 20 dollars.???

Stood in line for 15min while they let some guy order walk in $500 order. They then took care of his $500 order before doing anything else. Ridiculous.
