I loved the class “Intro to barista”! It was very informative, well-structured, and truly inspiring. The Múcaro Coffee team is professional, passionate, and always ready to answer questions. The skills I learned are useful both for brewing coffee at home and for beginner baristas. A special thank you to trainer Rodney — he explains everything clearly and confidently. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and product from Múcaro. Luis always takes the time to help and provide detailed info whenever I need it. Proud to serve there specialty coffee at my new coffee shop! Went through a lot to find a product and service that would fit a high standard. Highly recommend visiting their facility and the coffee will amaze you!

Múcaro Coffee- Completing my Coffee Course Certification in the Basics of Coffee was more than an educational milestone — it was a transformative experience that deepened my understanding of one of the world’s most influential commodities. This course covered every aspect of the coffee journey — from seed to cup — including cultivation, harvesting, processing, roasting, and sensory evaluation. Through hands-on learning and field immersion, I developed a technical foundation that allows me to evaluate coffee with precision, understand the science behind flavor development, and appreciate the labor and craftsmanship that define specialty coffee.
For me, this certification carries special meaning because of my roots and ties to Puerto Rico, an island once known as one of the premier coffee producers in the world. The course reinforced my commitment to reviving Puerto Rico’s coffee legacy — not just through commerce, but through education, empowerment, and connection. The knowledge I gained inspired the vision for Indigenous Coffee Culture to help restore the island’s coffee industry to global prominence by bridging heritage with innovation.
Our mission now extends beyond production — we aim to establish Puerto Rico as the premier learning hub for coffee education, serving both the South Florida region and the Caribbean. Through future training programs, on-site farm experiences, and cultural exchange initiatives, we seek to nurture the next generation of coffee professionals, baristas, and entrepreneurs who will carry forward this legacy of excellence, sustainability, and cultural pride.
Ultimately, this certification was not just about coffee — it was about purpose. It solidified my dedication to building a network that celebrates the resilience of island farmers, honors the Indigenous roots of the Caribbean, and uplifts communities through shared knowledge and opportunity. I look forward to additional courses and cuppings that will be held in the future.

Great place to learn about Barista and the beautiful coffee world. The team not only is really profesional and well prepared but also lovely and passionate. I am absolutely coming back for more training and of course freshly roasted coffee. P.S: Latte art training on point. Not mine but Mauricio you killed it

It's amazing how much effort you put into everything, from start to finish. The way you process your coffee and the infrastructure you have—just incredible. I didn’t expect it to be that awesome!

It was a super nice and unforgettable experience.
Professor Xavier, who was super dedicated to his work, conveyed a lot of passion for what he did and fundamentally a lot of tranquility. And the most important thing was that I arrived without knowing ANYTHING and I left super happy with my procedure. Thank you!!!!!!!
