The worst customer service, do not attend to guests at the cash register. Have them waiting there for more than 10 min, not greeted, then told they have to order using the kiosk. Ridiculous. Lots of customers have never used the kiosk, do not speak english, or want to pay cash.. the restaurant is dirty. Customers are ignored and not valued. Make sure to check your food before you leave. We have Uber eats deliver to us quite frequently. I always get ice coffees which are good but today there was paper in my drink and when I finished it there was a big piece of a plastic wrapper at the bottom. This is totally unacceptable. The quality of service at this location has been very dismal. Some days are better than others but I highly recommend training your staff to make sure things like this don't happen.

The cleanliness and consistent improvement of the location, situated near many homes, have resulted in loyal customers. The employees are very nice, respectful, and have a high level of courtesy. The service is fast and the restaurant is very clean. It is a pleasant place, and customers feel invited to come back any time. Felicia's voice is heard, and customers know their order is going to be great. She always delivers, her customer service is top tier, she is patient, and very polite. Orlando the manager is setting a great example of leadership and teamwork. He is always super helpful and attentive. The night shift staff are particularly commendable for their attentive, helpful, and friendly service that leads to great experiences for customers.
