Most members regularly speak to one another as if they were in a private setting rather than a professional business environment. Conversations take long hours, are loud, informal, inappropriate, and unprofessional, with big laughs, name calling, and no awareness of customers nearby. There is a lack of concern for workplace standards, appropriate conduct, and the overall customer experience. This behavior greatly detracts from the professionalism one would expect in a business.

This McDonald use to be the best everything was like on TV all perfect but lately everything looks smushed , cold first time in my life I eat a salty quarter pounder, fries Tate like their not cooked and some of the workers that work the window have bad attitudes, don’t know if it’s the night shift or both shifts but food is pretty expensive to be given crappie food

Not happy about getting rejected at 4am . I tried ordering through the app and the order goes through.
Sadly upon arriving to the window, I’m asked to cancel my order . I placed my order at 330am, and a shift from lunch to breakfast means your order gets cancelled? Not cool. Fix that . You can do better. Your spot is 24 hours for a reason

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and they gave me a big mac. When i called to ask for a refund as i only noticed it when i got home since the box said “quarter pounder on it” they hung up on me after 2 minutes of holding. Insane. Will not be coming back
Very friendly place each time I visit, a large majority are very comfortable talking fully Spanish. Very fast and great service, the most convenient McDonald’s in the area.

Everytime you order at the drive thru, they ask you to wait forever. On top of that, they often get the orders wrong, and they never have bbq sauce!!
