The first time I have ever paid $3 for a cup of coffee at McDonald's, and the 'Team Trainer' didn't come across as the friendliest employee, after she saw me, and I still stood there for about four minutes with no other customers around, and three other staff members jaw-jacking (loudly) right there in back. Just sayin' McDonald's, the quality of your employees seems sub-standard. However, since you've allowed society to make it a career path, I guess training and over-site of adults you've just written off. No wi-fi, either and suitable English would be nice here in these United States of America.

there always a problem with mcdonalds the order its always incorrected do not go there in the morning no at anytime you ask for #1/2/3/4/5/6/7/any combo there always missing samething and they always a problem with credit cards visa or master cards any dvt they dont take the order right you most do samthing i live in miami lakes 4 blocks from this mcdonald i have to go to hialeah and the staff dont speak good english and they get the order right i dont get its please change your staff and the cashier machine do samething i live in the aria for 24 yrs i never got the right order

Typically this McDonald's does okay. Tonight I got a caramel frappe that was basically milk consistency. Melted and was sitting around for awhile before it was given to me. Next time I stop, I hope they make it right.

So, I stopped in to pick up some chicken in the drive thru. After charging me, the lady said that the chicken was still cooking and asked if I could park in front of the store while I waited. When it was ready, she walked outside, approximately 7 feet away from me and refused to bring my meal to me. Instead, I was forced to get out of my vehicle and walk to her to get my food. Clearly it was too far for her to walk. Clearly, I won't be eating here again.

0 stars. Tried to buy a Senior coffee and tried to sell me regular coffee because the senior citizen was not in the vehicle with me. I buy coffee every day for my boss who is a senior citizen and never had this kind of service. Never coming to this McDonald’s again. I see why they have such bad reviews

The food was great, the service was too but the ambiance HORRIBLE. It's a very small location so it was very disappointing and nauseating hearing the Cuban women very loudly talking and yelling to each other while working back there. Manager please remind your work force to keep their voices at a normal level. This is a restaurant where people come with a certain amount of expectations. They are not in a park where yelling, talking super loud and yelling is ok.

On top of not have a single employee who spoke English they gave me a rude experience for my 1st time here at this location.
I ordered on the app and when I order from the shareable menu I get the 2 big macs with the 20 piece nuggets and 2 medium fries. When I order it I have to get the sauce taken off due to an allergy my husband has but taking sauce off ONE takes it off of BOTH. Now no other location has an issue giving me the Mac sauce on the side so I can have a regular big Mac. This location was sooooo rude. I asked the window lady for the sauce and she asked me to speak Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. So my hhusband translated the request for me and she said I gotta PAY for the sauce to be put back on the big mac....Ma'am it comes on the damn burger already why would I pay extra for something that comes ON THE BURGER ALREADY!?! Than I said forget it...can I have the sauce I paid for for, for the suggestions bc it comes with 3 sauces....she called for a manager who explained I NEED TO PAY FOR SAUCE. GIRL I PAID FOR THEM ALREADY!!!!!!! No English either by the way...so this was not only annoying for me but for my husband as well.....I will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION

This McDonald's experience was extremely disappointing. 🤮🤮🤮The service was subpar, and I believe the cook and the older Hispanic lady should consider finding new jobs if they’re unhappy. It's essential to leave personal frustrations at the door, as they negatively impact professionalism, food and customer service.
