SKIP SKIP SKIP this location. The management needs to do SIGNIFICANTLY better. This is our neighborhood McDonalds and what a shame with the below repeated offenses over the last months:
1) They CONSISTENTLY charge up front for any sauces requested, despite having clear signage that you are entitled to FREE sauces for fries, nuggets, etc. Every time I call them out on this- “ohh, just ask at the window, then.” - then why are you trying to gaggle us and charge up front - your policy is posted!
2) They UNDERSERVED their french fries by almost 50% less EACH time. It’s deliberate. For a medium, you get a small size, etc. You can actually see the half the pack empty. I’m paying for a medium size, give a medium!
3) They consistently MISS items in your order.
Clearly, all strategies to maximize profits unjustly against the clients.

This is our go to Mcdonald’s and I can honestly say that everytime we go and we hear Felicia’s voice … we know our order is gonna be great. She always delivers… her customer service is top tier, she always double checks the order, she’s patient, and every polite. Very rare to find that kind of service in a fast food place. Please keep her around!
Orlando the manager is setting a great example of leadership and teamwork! He’s always been super helpful and attentive. 10/10!

The manager was very rude and they charged you for any sauce You requested. Check your food I ordered fish and it was old and i asked him to replace it he was very very rude he did not want to change but finally he did take him 6 minutes to give me a new one by that time the rest of the food was cold avoid this restaurant. The workers were laughing and talking instead of working
It's in the wrong direction in Google maps you have to go to the southern west corner of the shopping center area.

The first time I have ever paid $3 for a cup of coffee at McDonald's, and the 'Team Trainer' didn't come across as the friendliest employee, after she saw me, and I still stood there for about four minutes with no other customers around, and three other staff members jaw-jacking (loudly) right there in back. Just sayin' McDonald's, the quality of your employees seems sub-standard. However, since you've allowed society to make it a career path, I guess training and over-site of adults you've just written off. No wi-fi, either and suitable English would be nice here in these United States of America.
