Always somehow forgetting something in my order. Mainly during the PM shift at around 9pm. Most of the time it's the sauces I paid for in the app. Sometimes it's the bacon in my double quarter pounder. Very annoying. Today they forgot my sauces and my bacon. And when I asked for extra sauce they told me it would be extra money.Forgot my sauce but didn't forget to ask me to pay up.....Very unprofessional. I'm pretty sure the manager was standing right there too. Why have a manager when they dont even bither to do quality control and instead just stand at the window gossiping. What the hell. If the service was good and people were paying attention and getting my order right I really wouldn't care actually I'd support that. But these peoples distractiveness with each others life drama is hindering the quality of service and their workplace environment. At that point that is unacceptable.

This McDonalds is within 5min walking distance from my house, I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child. I am forever grateful for how well paced, clean, and all around great this location is. Above all, they always seem to improve throughout the years.I’m not one to write reviews but I felt the need to because of my most recent experience here. I often go at night - you and I know that the Night Shift at any McDonald’s is going to be hit or miss, but this McDonalds always defies that. Jessy is a fantastic example of why this location is amazing, I always leave feeling great about the service, even more so when he’s working. My order is always correct and he is always able to help with anything I need, no hesitation.The staff here is what makes this location special. Morning, Lunch, and Night - they are courteous, attentive, helpful, friendly and quick! Much love to the Miami Lakes McDonalds! Great job

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I usually come to this location and I’ve never had a problem but today was a different story. First of all the person taking the drive through order did not take it correctly and I had no idea because at the window she didn’t repeat the order back to me. I realized when I looked at the receipt but I was already at the second window and I explained to the employee the situation and asked if she could please take my card and charge me. She was giving me nasty attitude saying that I had to go all the way around and order again. Even though there was no line behind me? Was it that difficult to just charge me on the spot? I went around again because I’m not giving her the please of driving away and I order again and when I went to go pick up the food she had the food sticking out the window already and I hadn’t gone up to it let. That just made me feel so uncomfortable and she was being rude for no reason.

Finally reviewing, every time I go through the drive thru, I get asked to park. At first, I thought it was because they had backup of orders, until today. 6:30am, no one else in line, and I was asked to park for a small strawberry banana shake. I think the staff has gotten used to getting people out of line for their score vs actual service.

This is the worst possible McDonald’s around my location which sucks because I have to drive so far for other mcds. Every time I go here the order is always wrong. When you order for delivery, everything comes cold or burnt or uncooked . They charge you for a large combo every single time without even asking this place is bad all around. Not to mention thieves.
This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to, the best nuggets in the franchise I’ve tried here, the truth is that I was impressed by the good attendance, the cleanliness of the place and the quality of the food, excellent!

Ok .. the quarter pounder was a quarter of a quarter pounder. 1 pickle and 3 pieces of diced onions. Barely no ketchup or mustard. SERVICE: Is 98% order yourself and if you're elderly and have no idea how to use the kiosk you are not eating. The employees see you and ignore that you need help. You literally have to scream for attention. They have table flags that you put on your table so that they bring your food but instead they scream your name/or number to come get it. Really doesn't do justice to the Miami Lakes area
