Nice location and nice service
Not too expensive, around $5 (Depending on weight). Absolutely delicious! I love the concept of their being a wide variety of selections for icecream flavors and toppings. Seating isn't great however.

They refuse to allow you try the ice cream before choosing… in all ice cream bars this is a normal practice and I don’t understand why they don’t allow to do it in Menchie’s. I also think they don’t have a lot of toppings options vs other places like this

I had a very disappointing experience at the frozen yogurt shop. Angie rushed us through the process and didn’t allow us to add toppings, which made the visit less enjoyable. Additionally, I had a lot of trouble when trying to pay, and the process felt frustrating. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I hope the staff can be more patient and attentive in the future to ensure customers have a better time or needs to be fired. So mean and giving everyone dirty nasty looks. Everyone else who has worked her is super nice and pleasant besides her. Someone plz train her again.
My favorite ice cream yogurt in all miami. Always so clean you don’t see dirty tables or the ice cream melting, my favorite menchies place.

They CLOSE the restroom 1 HOUR before closing! This is ridiculous. Especially for a place where you need to wash hands and come in with kids.
