When I arrived there was one associate and wanted to try a few new flavors they had and I asked for a tasting cup, The girl gave me only one and when I kindly asked for another one she gave me a face and questioned which flavor I wanted to try, when I told her she went to the machine and did serve the frozen yogurt herself on the little cup and gave it to me with attitude. I decided to let it slide but soon after a customer came in with a child and the little kid vomited. The girls make the most disgusting faces ever and just put a wet floor sign and started spraying deodorizer over the area making faces right in front the little kids family, never cleaned the floor, just cover the vomit with paper towels and were never polite to anyone.

They hurt my feeling when they didn't let my friend use the batroom and I fet that he soudve been able to use the retroom and I am Gona propably not go agan

They CLOSE the restroom 1 HOUR before closing! This is ridiculous. Especially for a place where you need to wash hands and come in with kids.

This Menchies is the bomb. Always super clean. Always stocked with fresh toppings and located in a plaza that has a lot going on. Stop here after dinner at Dr Limons

Always a smooth experience. There's never really a line or wait past 2 minutes. I'm always greeted when entering and how could you go wrong with some yummy frozen yogurt!

I’ve been to this location before & it’s perfect, but lately I’ve been there twice and both times they were out of your tart flavor, & when I ask to sample another flavor, ( since they continuously don’t have the specific flavor that I come for), I can’t get one to try & see if I can at least leave with a yogurt in my hand. I’m I being unreasonable? Every other location I go to offers a sample & they always have the flavor I’m looking for. Unfortunately for me, this one is the closest to my house.

By far my favorite frozen-yogurt treat in Miami. My husband and I have visited this location three or four times to enjoy their 'cake batter' flavor. We like to rush in after dinner and either sit outside or take it to go. Though it's one of my favorite cravings, the music choice and volume is sure to move you in and out quickly.. pretty convinced they're on level 78 volume blasting lil yachty. (Hence why we always choose to sit outside) Anywho, if you're coming in anytime after 8/9pm, you can anticipate a few of the flavors to be running out around this time. Definitely still options but the good ones are probably running slim. All in all, we continue to come back for our veryyyy favorite cake-batter (but suggest a new playlist) lol
