Decided to throw a last minute Galentines birthday luncheon and of course Mishas delivered the WOW flavor factor! The taste was outrageous, it was moist, pure perfection. Not to mention the design was adorable as well. Keep up the great work Mishas of Miami Lakes! šŸ’—šŸ’—šŸ’—

Stopped by Mischa’s and tried the cookie dough cupcake, absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich and satisfying. I also had the carrot cake, and it was perfect, moist and full of flavor. A great way to end the meal with a sweet treat. Highly recommend for dessert lovers!

I’m not sure why this shop has the worst customer service but it really does. The young girls ALWAYS have an attitude. I mean whatever day I go or time, it doesn’t matter. Their attitude is the same…horrible. They don’t smile. It’s like you’re bothering them if you take too long to choose. I LOVE the red velvet cake here and I went out of my way to come to this location. However, the girl gave me an old slice!! (shown below) They must have recently put in a mini fridge to keep the cakes cool and I thought it was just cold but I let the cake thaw and it was really stale. This is the third time this has happened. It was awful. The young lady didn’t know how to give change either. Not sure who does the hiring here but this business will suffer for a lack of training. It says a lot about the management. Does management give training with an attitude?? Who’s training management?? Does Misha have an attitude and this just stems from the owner??It’s not a tasteful experience. If you really like the cakes and must go and don’t mind dealing with immature high schoolers giving you the evil eye as soon as you walk in, ask for the freshest cakes. Not sure if that’ll work but…

I ordered a Halloween cake for a second time from Misha’s. This time the cake arrived perfectly and looked great. The issue is I did not read the description. On Goldbelly it looked like yellow cake but clearly said chocolate. The image they uploaded is definitely not what arrived cake wise.

I don’t like chocolate cake so this wasn’t for me. With that said it is delicious, absolutely will be great if you like chocolate cake. The size isn’t worth the price point but the taste is great. The frosting is incredible. It’s very sweet which is overwhelming so you’ll take breaks, but you’ll keep going back until you finish. It’s really good.

I was intrigued when I saw this shop. We came down to Miami from Cape Coral for an eye doctor's appt, and when we were done, I wanted to give the girls in the office a sweet thank you. So we went to buy some cupcakes and from the movement we walked into Misha cupcakes I had to ask twice for service. The staff was bothered by the simple question of what flavor they had available. The ladies had the biggest attitude and had such a ball of joy platter on their faces. The lady at the register after charging us turned around and left us speechless and was so rude. The cupcakes were not out of this world and tasted old. Cakes Design by Edda's are 100% friendly, very professional, and the taste of their cupcakes and cakes and amazing!! Never again will I buy from Misha's Cupcakes. One time was enough for us in this lifetime.

The cupcakes here were delicious, but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. On my recent trip to Florida I stopped into this cute little shop, what could change, right? I was wrong…my world changed. I was helped by Rylee, beautiful, compassionate, she provided service out of this WORLD to me when I was just under the impression I was a normal customer to her, I was treated like royalty. I even considered moving to Florida after being serviced by her. Cupcakes 10/10…but Rylee…out of this world.

I saw the TikTok someone posted about this location and I loved on how the employees helped the lady and her child. The fact that these employees were willing to assist customers who didn't have enough is a testament to their compassion and dedication towards their job. The company's decision to reprimand these employees for doing a good deed is not only demoralizing but also reflects poorly on their values and priorities. As a consumer, I would strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this cupcake company until they start treating their employees with the respect and appreciation they deserve. After all, it's the employees who make or break a business, and it's crucial to support those who go the extra mile to help others, even when it's not required of them.
