I live around 4 hrs away from Miami and needed 3 doz. cupcakes delivered for a meeting in that area. I called Misha's w/very specific needs that no other bakery was able to help me with in just 1-1/2 days. I also found that most of the bakeries I contacted can't do filled cupcakes, but they could! They not only were able to meet my needs, but they were immensely helpful with figuring out how to have them picked up and delivered by Uber, even sitting on the phone with me, walking me through how to set that up with Uber. They had my cupcakes ready on time for pickup and the ppl from the meeting RAVED about how good the cupcakes were! 5 stars all around for Misha's!! I am both grateful and highly impressed!

What they have with the to good to go application is a lack of respect, you place the order and when you arrive to pick it up they tell you that they have nothing for you, that you solve it with the application, without anyone caring about the time you wasted or how far you come from, if you don't know how to have a relationship with a digital platform then don't have it, this way you avoid looking bad in front of clients and wasting people's time and money

Very irresponsible. I even called the day before the delivery and the girl called me back and confirmed. Nothing was delivered because they said they didn't have any cupcakes left. However, I ordered the day before. I assure you, all the negative reviews are true.

I usually love mishas and always go to get cupcakes and cupcakes. This visit I placed an online order 1 week in advance for the weekend because I wanted to try some online order exclusives like cookie butter. I go to mishas often so I know their quality, the cupcakes are usually moist and the buttercream is soft. To my surprise the cupcakes were hard and stale as a rock and the buttercream also. Very dissapointed in my online ordering experience , I wouldn’t be surprised if they made my order the same day I ordered it a week in advance .

Called this location at 3:30pm to put an order. No one answered, left voicemail. Called again at 4:20pm. Person said they only take orders until 4pm. I explained that I had called and left a voicemail. No luck. Couldn’t place the order. To add insult to injury I stopped by the next day to buy 25 cupcakes. They filled out the box, I got to my house…only 21 cupcakes in the box.
I did not get to eat the cupcakes. One of the cupcakes in the pack of 6 had hair blended into the frosting.

I came by today and I actually got her name, her name is Niya. She always communicating with the costumers making us want to come back. She is one of the good ways. Great heart♥️.
