I wanted to try this place for the first time today and it was a terrible experience. There was nobody at the front for about 10 minutes. After that, they finally sat us down. 20 minutes later still no sign of a waiter. No one provided us with water (mind you my girlfriend choked on the salsa and chips while we waited). We got fed up and left. I strongly do not recommend this place. Better off going to Taco Bell instead and call it a night

I loved the food in this Mexican Restaurant, it was AMAZING, sadly the one in Miami Lakes location closed forever, there is another one in Kendall, but I don't think I'll go there since it is too far :(

Been going there for years ...... since I was like 22 I’m 32 now! I’ve always loved this place! Only thing the older lady at the bar red hair should have better customer service and be less trashy! Other than that this place is the best.

The place is nice but the attention is terrible, the nachos are good, I order tacos of beef and they didn’t bring me the right one after waiting like 1 hours, the place was empty no body was there and the attention took so long... not recommended

What can I say it is Taco Bell? The food tastes good going down. This is about the cleanest and nicest TB in the area. The staff is friendly and quick and I am munching on my Nachos Bell Grande in no time.

I have been going to On the border since the first day it opened. I have been through ups and downs. But today I went with a couple of friends to celebrate The starting of our birthdays. I am glad there is a new manager I believe his name is Juan and our waitress was Shanna it was actually her first date and she was absolutely wonderful. She got everything right checked on us multiple times. At the end I definitely had to ask for the manager which I heard he's been there the last couple of weeks trying to turn the place around. I love the food but really did not care in the past for the service. Hoping the new management can make the place waft it used to be whEn it first opened. Thhave the best food and margaritas

Tina our server was great, friendly and very welcoming . Food was fresh and hot , lunch portion was perfect and tasty fajitas very filling . Chips and salsa always a delight . Will be back soon to bar area .
First time here and food was okay. It took a while for the food to come to the table. Chips where way too salty. Ordered the Boardarito and it was amazing but the rice and beans that comes as side where cold like it was taken out of the fridge.

I went there on Friday it was kinda late they were almost closing... well, I like the food over all, but some of the items were really cold (like rice and the beans) the food took some time to get to the table (even though there was not really so much people). I order fajitas for $17 which came with beef, chicken, pork and literally 3 pieces of shrimp. The only thing that I really like was the service of the waitress, other than that, this place it's a nono.

Went to this location for lunch and had an outstanding Expirience. Tina our server is probably the best server we have ever had. Quick, friendly and gave great recommendations. George the manager came by the table and greeted us asking if everything came out well. Deffinetly will be returning.
