I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this drew the line for me. My husband ordered “pick up” that took 55 MINUTES to make two meals… on top of waiting almost an hour to get our food, I found a thick, black HAIR in my “Chang’s spicy chicken.” I’m pregnant and was looking forward to my dinner until I saw that. We spent $60 on this nasty food that I didn’t get to eat. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from here. The prices and food don’t match the level of service. We’ll never give this place another dollar.

I really felt cheated. We always go to the one in the Dolphin Mall and the food is spectacular but today we decided to try the one in Miami Lakes, the food is terrible in every sense, a literal waste of money, I won't go back again

We had an issue with an order on Valentine’s Day and we spoke about it the next day with George who was super helpful. We are very impressed with his customer service and how great he handled everything. We usually go to the location in Sunrise and even though it’s closer to us, we’ll definitely be ordering from this one from now on because of how great the customer service is and how great the food was.
$45 dollars for food worth $10 at most. Taking advantage of insane inflation prices in Miami. Disgusting place, disgusting food.hours later im now sick from this food. Stay away from this

I just wanna share my experience. I had order twice from this place. I order fried rice with shrimp & lo mein with shrimp. The lo mein with shrimp doesn’t taste the same as other PF Chang’s locations.

Yesterday marked our firstexperience with PF Chang's To Go. Being avid PF Chang's enthusiasts, we sought a change of pace for our takeout routine, and so we drove further than the nearby takeout restaurants. Our order was placed online about 30-35 minutes before closing time.We orderd 5 wok rice bowls. Two were honey chickens with white rice but we were surprised to find one honey chicken with brown rice and another with noodles. Similarly, our order for honey shrimp with white rice resulted in a third honey chicken with brown rice. Surprisingly, the beef with broccoli and brown rice was accurately fulfilled, though it did contain just a solitary broccoli in a dish named "beef with broccoli." On the other hand, the Mongolian chicken with broccoli was spot on.Out of the five wok rice bowls we requested, only two were correct. Three had incorrect sides, and one featured the wrong protein. The incident left me puzzled as to why the wrong protein was included. If I paid for shrimp, why did I end up with chicken?Unfortunately, only two out of the five sides were accurate, and the brown rice provided was both minimal and dry and hard. Despite these discrepancies, I awarded an overall three-star rating due to the delicious taste of the proteins.I suspect that we may have been the last order of the night, receiving what was leftover. Although I initially wanted to try the actual dishes we ordered, my confidence in returning has waned. It's evident that ordering at closing time may not be the wisest decision.
This is one of our favorite TOGO places!! The food is delicious and the personnel from the manager to the staff are always great!! We order from here every week and makes our date night complete with a wonderful dinner from this location.
I came to this location recently because a good friend of mine gave me a $200 gift card for P.F. Changs for Christmas. I decided to order the lettuce wraps and a bowl of sesame chicken with noodles. The service was friendly and fast, and it was like $15 for the bowl and $12 for the chicken lettuce wraps. The sesame chicken was delicious. The shell on the chicken was crunchy and held the sesame sauce very well. The noodles were the al dente. The chicken lettuce wraps were devine. This is a perfect place to pick up lunch during your lunch break. The Asian decor is really elegant like the bistros. Make sure you place your order an hour in advance for lunch because lunch hour gets hectic. So you can receive your order as soon as you come in. My only recommendation for P.F. Change to go is to have bistro tables outside to enjoy your lunch "al fresco". Other than that the food and service was great. Will definitely come again...
