Too complicated website. Pizza Great but had to pay top dollar as I could not get to all the buttons for what I wanted. Too much upsell advertising before actual order. Needed to leave my location quickly. I won't return.

I had not had the best experience with papa johns but Selena gave me hope again for better customer service in this store. Today I picked up a wrong pizza i was far away i didn't call because i wasn't going to go back. She called to let me know i never picked up i explained. she said you can come pick it up still here but it got to late and we ate the pizza we received it just had pepperoni on one side vs 50 cheese 50 peperoni so we decided to remove for those who didn't like. But she went above and beyond to call me and give me a credit for next time. This was nice and the best experience by far i had with this store she's a keeper.

Came here at 12:20 because pizza was ready knocked more than 3 times didn’t open. Finally opened at 12:40 to ask for the name. I saw my pizza had been there for more than 10 minutes. Not any hate but if a customer keeps knocking you could ask what’s the name or simply check on status. We were the only ones there at the moment.

The supposed manager of this location Adonis was extremely rude. I reached back out to provide feedback regarding our initial conversation and his response was to provide an insincere apology followed by disconnecting the call. The first and last time I will be ordering from this location

Although today is Halloween night and these guys have a lot of work, their online does not reflect their wait time and they have no control over it. They did an amazing job helping everyone who was waiting and worked so hard that it was inspiring to see. Thank you for that !

Ordered 74.00 of pizza I had family over they were waiting 2-1/2 hours , the driver delivered someone else open 1 boxe pizza I called store and Asked for refund. 1/2 hour Later 3 hours have passed driver comes back to deliver pizza that had been in someone else’s house. Family Left Hungry. No More Papa John’s for Me. Still no refund

Been ordering from this Papa John’s practically my whole life. Today I ordered from the app and it forces me into door dash delivery AFTER I had placed the order. The door dash driver went all over the place before showing up with my order almost an hr later. He sent me a message saying “sorry running late. I had two other orders before you. On my way.” I then watched his car drive to PSN on the map(not the direction of my house) and then I watched him drive west of Papa Johns to a neighborhood near i75 (again not near my house)… then he went back to the Papa John’s plaza! Into Winn Dixie to handle some other order he had messed up or had been changed (which he explained to me in person because I called him out on it when he delivered my pizza). I tried calling the driver but he would only text. I then called Papa Johns who basically said it was a door dash problem. I didn’t order from door dash! I ordered from papa johns! So it is, in fact, a papa johns problem. If I had been given the choice I would have paid the direct delivery fee that most services like door dash and ubereats offer. My pizza finally arrived room temp an hr after initial delivery time. Papa johns offered to cxl my order or make me a new one on the house. But at the end of the day if every time I order a pizza it’s going to arrive an hr after delivery estimate, why would I bother? I live 8 minutes from there.
I guess, unless I’m picking up my order, I won’t be ordering delivery from Papa John’s anymore. At least dominoes still has delivery drivers.
I don’t want you to give me a free pizza in this instance because this isn’t a one off. There’s no option for direct delivery on the app. Free pizza isn’t going to fix that. Fix this decision and bring your delivery drivers back. Because the reality is if I have to pay more for direct delivery then you can just up your delivery fee and pay your drivers more.

Mr. Lee and his team are great. My son and I order every Wednesday after swim class and they are attentive to the special instructions. They are fast to address any issues but those are few and far between. Thanks guys keep up the great work
