Been ordering from this Papa John’s practically my whole life. Today I ordered from the app and it forces me into door dash delivery AFTER I had placed the order. The door dash driver went all over the place before showing up with my order almost an hr later. He sent me a message saying “sorry running late. I had two other orders before you. On my way.” I then watched his car drive to PSN on the map(not the direction of my house) and then I watched him drive west of Papa Johns to a neighborhood near i75 (again not near my house)… then he went back to the Papa John’s plaza! Into Winn Dixie to handle some other order he had messed up or had been changed (which he explained to me in person because I called him out on it when he delivered my pizza). I tried calling the driver but he would only text. I then called Papa Johns who basically said it was a door dash problem. I didn’t order from door dash! I ordered from papa johns! So it is, in fact, a papa johns problem. If I had been given the choice I would have paid the direct delivery fee that most services like door dash and ubereats offer. My pizza finally arrived room temp an hr after initial delivery time. Papa johns offered to cxl my order or make me a new one on the house. But at the end of the day if every time I order a pizza it’s going to arrive an hr after delivery estimate, why would I bother? I live 8 minutes from there.
I guess, unless I’m picking up my order, I won’t be ordering delivery from Papa John’s anymore. At least dominoes still has delivery drivers.
I don’t want you to give me a free pizza in this instance because this isn’t a one off. There’s no option for direct delivery on the app. Free pizza isn’t going to fix that. Fix this decision and bring your delivery drivers back. Because the reality is if I have to pay more for direct delivery then you can just up your delivery fee and pay your drivers more.

Mr. Lee and his team are great. My son and I order every Wednesday after swim class and they are attentive to the special instructions. They are fast to address any issues but those are few and far between. Thanks guys keep up the great work

Not often to I give high praise to Papa John , but this one really hits the spot. They truly make the pizza with love and care and honestly I love ordering from this papa john. I would drive almost 20 miles just to get it from this location

If the driver feels you didn’t give him enough for a tip he will tell you about it! Very rude driver called me to let me know he was here I missed the call he also let me know about that in the lobby of hotel in front of other people.

I had placed an order for delivery accidentally 15 min before closing. However, I called the store to make sure they were doing the order or if it had to be cancelled. Spoke to the representative that my order was going to be made to then 15 min later have my order cancelled. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Placed a very large order for pick up (22 xl pizzas) and was due to order size and time constraints was worried something would go wrong. But every part of the experience was seamless. The price was beyond fair, the service by phone and in person was professional and efficient and the pizza was delicious! Thank you Matt, Michael and David!

Good luck on getting your delivery if ordering from this location. Place an order for delivery at 830 3 hours early. Spoke to the location at 9pm they haven't made it and have no drivers to make delivery.

Can't keep up with the orders 90 minute waiting time on site. Put off with “10 minutes left” and then it becomes 40 minutes again because online orders are preferred.
