Too complicated website. Pizza Great but had to pay top dollar as I could not get to all the buttons for what I wanted. Too much upsell advertising before actual order. Needed to leave my location quickly. I won't return.
I had not had the best experience with papa johns but Selena gave me hope again for better customer service in this store. Today I picked up a wrong pizza i was far away i didn't call because i wasn't going to go back. She called to let me know i never picked up i explained. she said you can come pick it up still here but it got to late and we ate the pizza we received it just had pepperoni on one side vs 50 cheese 50 peperoni so we decided to remove for those who didn't...
Although today is Halloween night and these guys have a lot of work, their online does not reflect their wait time and they have no control over it. They did an amazing job helping everyone who was waiting and worked so hard that it was inspiring to see. Thank you for that !
