This used to be such a good brand,its sad to see what they've become, the food isn't the same, restrooms always dirty,and the service keeps getting worse. I really hope they can make some much needed improvements and get back to the superior brand they used to be.

I eat pollo tropical almost every single day. I am not local to this one, but specifically I have ordered drive thru from here approximately 5 times now. How on God’s earth they have been able to get my order wrong all 5 times is beyond me. 5 for 5!?!?! And the last one the chicken was dryer than a desert. How do you get a simple order for one person wrong 5 times in a row???
