I eat pollo tropical almost every single day. I am not local to this one, but specifically I have ordered drive thru from here approximately 5 times now. How on God’s earth they have been able to get my order wrong all 5 times is beyond me. 5 for 5!?!?! And the last one the chicken was dryer than a desert. How do you get a simple order for one person wrong 5 times in a row???

Even though this location is in Miami lakes. The restaurant front is not kept clean ,the staff are not friendly and do not ask for yuca frita , they are not fried well at all I thought I got boiled yuca frita

The food here is excellent, but I noticed a significant number of flies—at least 10 within just one minute of being there. I’ve been visiting this place for nearly 10 years, but the issue with flies has become a persistent concern.

You can tell the few girls working there do not want to be there, poor customer service. The rice doesnt have ANY flavor same with the beans. Pollo Tropical is not for me. 4$ for a fountain drink cause they only sell Large size? What a rip off
