Disappointed. $12.00 salad and not many vegetables. Beets and mushrooms are in tiny pieces and get lost in the salad. Ordered salmon and was not in salad.

Probably my favorite salad place. The prices are fair, the ingredients taste fresh and crisp. The atmosphere inside is very relaxed and inviting. I would recommend this place to any salad fan!

Possibly the best salad I've ever had!! I truly don't remember the toppings I put on my salad but honestly, I might have added just about everything on the counter. It was so delicious and fill of different flavors! I ordered the small size but that was more than enough for me. Love this place!!!

This salad spot is in a fairly big center in miami lakes with plenty of parking options. It offers a nice healthy food option in the area with yummy salad bowls. The place is styled with a bar of greens and veggies/toppings, where you start by telling the employee your choice of base and then go down the line and pick whatever toppings you'd like. The selection of toppings here is pretty big; some of the things I like that aren't offered in another nearby salad place are edemame, mushroom, bean sprouts, and radish! They also have a good selection of proteins including chickens of various flavors and shrimp! While it's a great option for a healthy meal, the toppings can be quite dry and just feel a bit dehydrated, and the salad dressing selection can be expanded a bit to help. Overall though, a good health spot in miami lakes!

This place is awesome. They have the best salads in town and they have a huge selection of fresh veggies and proteins to add to the salad. The soups are delicious and the peanut butter cookies are bomb. Highly recommend, I come here at least once a week! You won't regret it.

had only opened a while ago so a friend and i went as i had a bogo for lunch, boy was i suprised. pick out size of salad bowl or go for wraps. i did the salad, after getting the size bowl i wanted a server goes down the line with you and you pick out what you would like to have (has at least 50 items) and if want to add chicken, or salmon 3.00 extra. but a wonderful meal .. I have been back several times and have brought my vegan friends there and they loved it also ...very clean and service teriffic

Came here after a dental cleaning because I was feeling healthy. This place is an all you can top salad place. I got a small size salad and it was a lot of food! Where they are really get you is the up charged: any protein you add is a $3+ upcharge, which means a salad here turns to over $11. My salad is delicious. I didn't feel like i received $3 worth of chicken. The herb salad dresssing is a phenomenal, but not impressed with the fact that this fast food restaurant is serving at sit down prices.

The salads and staff are amazing! My only issue is that I cannot go there for lunch. I'm only allotted one hour for lunch and the lime is so slow choosing salads, toppings and paying cashier. Improvements need to be made to shorten the line so people can enjoy their awesome salads in a timely manner.

If you're looking for a salad place in Miami Lakes don't bother with the other ones. This one is the place to go. Located in a spacious shopping center with ample parking. Order ahead if you're in a rush.
