My family and I went for the first time thinking we would have a good time, but the truth is, the experience was not very pleasant. It turns out that the person who served us seemed in a very bad mood and that is not how you should treat customers. He answered our questions reluctantly and when he put the glasses and plates on the table, we could see his unwillingness to serve us. But what upset us the most was that in addition to his discomfort he also started sweeping the carpet that was near our table while we were eating. Something that for me and my children was quite unpleasant. Anyway, unfortunate...The food was very good, in fact if it weren't for that person who served us, we would go again because everything was delicious. But when you go to a restaurant you expect the food to be acceptable but above all, that the service, at a minimum, is respectful.

Please train Claudia asap. Not only can she not greet, smile or look at you while she helps you, but she also doesn’t have time to finish your card transaction; turns her back and walks off while you stand at the register. Pull the video 10.4.2024 around 1:40pm. As long as you don’t take the time to hire the correct people for your business you will not succeed! We in Miami Lakes have some of the best food and service. Why go spend my money in a place where you are treated so disrespectfully.
