We went before they closed and they took our order, the cashier was nice but then at 9 on the dot one of the works came to the lobby and screamed guys we are closed unlocked the door and told us to get out. We ordered the berry lemonade which was watered down. Not a pleasant experience I haven't been to this Starbucks since they remodeled and I don't think I'll return! Very rude and unpleasant worker!

Today, I had a disappointing experience with the rudest managers, Kevin and Brent, at my neighborhood Starbucks. Kevin refused to shake my coffee because I didn’t order a shaken espresso an item I’ve never even heard of on the menu. He changed it just to charge me more, even though I’ve always gotten my coffee made the same way at this location and at Starbucks all over the world without any issues. What made it worse was the tone and delivery from both of them it made the whole experience unpleasant. As upper management, they really need to learn proper customer service.

I’m a frequent Starbucks drinker especially in this location and I’ve never until today ever had an issue. I purchased a Latte with OATMILK and Hazelnut thru the app to pick up at the store. I picked it up and drove off to work, this is my usual way of ordering and never had an issue but as I drank some of it I started feeling bad because I’m 100% sure my drink was made with regular milk. I’m lactose intolerant and I couldn’t even finish it and had to feel awful at work for the rest of the day because they made a mistake. I’m never coming here again

Im an avid Starbuck's client as a nursing student who studies there for hours at a time. I usually go the location closer to my home however I wanted a change of scenery today.I usually always get a coffee or a refresher an hour into studying. However, I walked into this location and asked for a water and the woman Caitlyn rudely told the cashier not to give me anything unless I purchased something first. If this is a policy, I was unaware of it - but even if it was, the situation should've been approached differently. I won't be coming to this starbuck's. I'd rather drive further than see this woman talk to other clients or myself in a disrespectful manner. The bathrooms are atrociously disgusting- maybe her focus should be on that.

They had flies or similar flying insects (like 20-30 of them) flying around and crawling in the pastries. I am not sure if these items were for sale to the public or only for display but regardless this is disgusting and it made me wonder when did they pass the last sanitary inspection.

How are all Starbucks suppose to share the same recipe and these people always get everything wrong?! I literally avoid this place but the one I always go to in under construction and I have no choice. I came in with a positive mind and just ordered an iced latte. How the hell can they get that wrong?! Super watery and barely any ice. And they also have me the wrong size. Never again!!

My pink drink tasted off. I thought maybe the it was bad batch nothing serious. I asked if I can get a new one. Worse case scenario, it tastes bad like the first one, right? Well that was wrong, apparently they added something extra to mine. The immediate slime of what appeared to be spit. Very violating. I was not rude to the drive thru cashier or anything.

I never had this happen to me any food service place.

I purchased 2 med coffees last week & paid $15 the prices went up again...no one should pay $15 for 2 cups of coffee & they don't want to pay their employees fair wages....wow greed indeed I won't be buying Starbucks anytime soon !
