I ordered a grande caramel brulee and a lot of the coffee was missing. This is unacceptable. For this I would of gotten a regular size

i usually come to this starbucks and my drinks are alright but whichever barista that made my matcha on december 20 at 2:55pm needs a raise i swear, genuinely life changing and made my whole day lol . huge props to them

I waited at the counter for 5 minutes. No one paid any attention to me. I went to the restroom and came back — still no one helped me. There was a guy named Sergio. I told him, “I’ve been waiting here for 5 minutes,” and he only came when I called him myself. There was no apology, no “sorry” or “excuse me.” So I said, “You know what, I’m not going to order,” and left. He just said, “Okay, goodbye.” I mean, I’ve never seen service like this. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so there’s really no excuse. Definitely not recommending this Starbucks. Thanks.

I asked for a tall dragonfruit mango lemonade. The drink was finished in literally 4 sips because they filled 3/4ths of the cup with ice. They gave me a bunch of ice with a side of drink. I genuinely can’t enjoy my drink because all I think about is the fact that I spent $5.30 for a cup of ice basically. ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR DRINK WITH NO ICE AND A CUP OF ICE ON THE SIDE!!!

I love coming to this Starbucks mainly because it’s very close to where I visit family; I never have trouble ordering from any other store but this one in particular whenever I order ahead and I ALWAYS DO (because I find it the most convenient when I customize to not confuse the barista or cashier) they always mess up my order or can’t find my order or forget an item. Mind you I always come when it’s slow ironically; staff and customers seem the most calm at that time. Not much wait time or rush when I visit… I don’t give them a hard time because I’m fairly patient but I have taken notice that I’ve always had to wait. I’m still delivering 5 stars out of great customer service, quick initiative, and apologetic nature.

We went before they closed and they took our order, the cashier was nice but then at 9 on the dot one of the works came to the lobby and screamed guys we are closed unlocked the door and told us to get out. We ordered the berry lemonade which was watered down. Not a pleasant experience I haven't been to this Starbucks since they remodeled and I don't think I'll return! Very rude and unpleasant worker!

Today, I had a disappointing experience with the rudest managers, Kevin and Brent, at my neighborhood Starbucks. Kevin refused to shake my coffee because I didn’t order a shaken espresso an item I’ve never even heard of on the menu. He changed it just to charge me more, even though I’ve always gotten my coffee made the same way at this location and at Starbucks all over the world without any issues. What made it worse was the tone and delivery from both of them it made the whole experience unpleasant. As upper management, they really need to learn proper customer service.
