I know we all have bad days and sometimes it can show but it seems like the employee today was not happy.Came in for a BLT footlong, i asked if only the bacon could be toasted, the guy seemed bothered and only grabbed a small amount.After seeing that it hardly had bacon even though it was a BLT, I asked for more and he was not pleased.At the end I paid $18+ for a sandwich that i had to toast the bacon at home.BLT should have at least 8 pieces of bacon when it's a footlong.Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow

This is my go-to place when I'm hungry. I love their meatball subs. That's all I ever ordered. Why? A habit. I'm sure all the other subs are good. I prefer the meatball sub. I don't eat there, I get my stuff and go. One day, I'll try something different.

Ordered a 6" meatball sub online. I got TWO TINY meatballs and the rest is just bread, sauce, and cheese. I'd give them ZERO stars if it was a choice.

Bad bad service, the guys give me a bad attitude when I ask him for a different bread and then he give me lest that the have bread and he was throwing the ham on my bread with attitude and when I told him put mayonnaise,he just put in one side of the sandwich very bad attitude ? I just thought that they have to train there workers better or let them know that they have working hours for the customer. Very sad don't go to miami lake subway I put the picture of the receipt so everything is there.
Poor Customer Service.This is the 3rd time we order from the Subway app for Curbside pickup. The app specifies that when you arrive at the location to pick up the order to call. We have parked infront of the store the 3 times and called. The phones rings and rings and rings and no one picks up. Each time the store has had no customers, so its not that the employees could say they were busy. Yesturday we ordered. When we got there we parked infeont of the Subway and calles. We coups swe the employee sitting sipping on a drink and not answering the phone. We fi ally decoded tp het down. When we came in je said "ooh I jisy gpt hwre like 10 minutes ago and dint see ypu had ordered." We had to wait foe him to make our order.

Wow just got here to pick up my order I placed with Uber more than 40 minutes ago and my order isn't even ready when I show up to the store. There is a huge line and only one girl working!!! That is sooo ridiculous! Poor lady working all alone! Come in subway you can afford to hire someone else to help her! I blame it in the company! Won't come back here again! You guys abuse your employees!
