Good evening, I was there today at exactly 6:45 p.m. and I had a very bad experience with the girl who served. In fact, I am an old customer and wherever you are, I always look for you and buy from you because of the quality of your products, but today in your store at 15416 they had covered the display case where you can order and order sandwiches and the girl with a Cuban accent told me that they served that way, I was with my parents who are elderly and she did not want to show us the display case in a very He arrogantly responded that it was good that they served that way and that I could order what was on the menu above, obviously I will not return to that store because I have felt mistreated as a customer. Suggestion: they should select their staff better since the arrogant way in which at least that girl was treated leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered online ahead of time knowing that the people here only speak Spanish, so since I don't know Spanish ordering online was going to be easier for me. After I picked up my order I found one of the sandwiches was made wrong, so I had to go back and try to explain that the order was incorrect. I know a language barrier is tough, but the lady there was so combative, nearly yelling the whole time, and tried to accuse me of bringing in a different sandwich. The only reason she finally gave in and remade my sandwich was because another customer stepped in on my side. I'm only visiting the area so it was unlikely I'd be coming back anyway, but this Subway location has to have been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I just arrived at 9:53pm to purchase all their leftover cookies and the two girls that were working had closed the store early and did not let me in. I explain through the glass door that I was just going to buy the rest of the cookies. They didn’t have to worry about making any subs, but they were not willing to stay until closing time (10:00pm) and shook their heads NO without even approaching the door, or speaking to me directly. I felt so ignored and disregarded.
