I just arrived at 9:53pm to purchase all their leftover cookies and the two girls that were working had closed the store early and did not let me in. I explain through the glass door that I was just going to buy the rest of the cookies. They didn’t have to worry about making any subs, but they were not willing to stay until closing time (10:00pm) and shook their heads NO without even approaching the door, or speaking to me directly. I felt so ignored and disregarded.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP, WHEN I GOT HOME MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND ASK THE MANAGER MY ORDER WAS WRONG, HE JUST SAID WE CAN'T EXCHANGE IT. TAKE IT OR BUY ANOTHER ONE, HE WAS RUDE , BAD ATTITUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE, I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO GO THERE. I ordered a 6" tuna and the tuna was so wet it made my bread soggy before I could eat it and my fiance ordered the same and her bread was soggy before she could eat it. And I came to have lunch at her job with her....what a way to spoil a lunch with a sorry sandwich ? I want a refund for both sandwiches.

Ate here and when I would ask the guy if he had certain things he’d say no and stare at me then his coworker would say “he’s joking ignore him we do have it :)” then the other guy would go “no we don’t” and the nice guy would go “ah yes we do ?” and the weird guy would go “no no we don’t we don’t” and then me the nice guy and the person with me paused and just stared at him in confusion until he said “okay then we’ll something’s calling for me in the back here” and left. Then finally when the nice guy finished with our sandwiches the fat greasy weird guy just leaned on the counter and watched us. This was a few years back but never went back since

I ordered Grub Hub at 6:23 PM and by and at 7:08 pm they started preparing my order. It was just a very simple foot long, 2 bags of chips and two cookies. I do not understand why they took so long to start. right now is 7:23 pm and the order is still on the works. They service is super bad. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a sandwich. It shouldn't take that long.
