Went in introduced ourselves told hostess we were going to sit outside and she said she’d be right out. Brought us menus and that was it we waited for 25 min no water or nothing. The family after us was attended before us. We got up and left. Bad customer service.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE

Went to this sushi sake on a weekday. Workers were making inappropriate comments about my girlfriends appearance and clearly talking with themselves about us. Would never go to this Sushi Sake again. Waiters and waitresses being completely disrespectful. Even bartender gave off bad vibes. When I went to use the bathroom there was a long line. Bathroom smelled horrible and was dirty. Saw my waitress sitting and using her phone. I don't know what management thinks they are doing hiring a bunch of disrespectful and uncaring people. Worst restaurant I've ever experienced. Food was not even good and overpriced. DO NOT COME HERE.

Tony is the absolute best! You'd better appreciate such a fine young man! He's extremely personable with a great smile and personality. And very professional. Tony is a keeper! Look after him. My husband and I love him!

Some days are better than others. I’m usually here during the lunch hour. I don’t enjoy when I’m pressed for time and there aren’t too many people to serve, yet my food still takes forever to come out. I’ve noticed that the service or food comes out better when certain managers are there.

Excellent place which I recommend to visit and have a pleasant time as well as to taste exotic and delicious foods, I recommend Manager Juan*, he is the best at attending, helping with the choice and pleasing because without him I would not know what to choose, I hope its owners take care of it and never miss it, I have been a customer for a few years and I go every week and each time the food is better 🤤 and Juan's attention is better

Food was good a little salty but I was able to manage. Presentation was 10/10. Drinks looked good but meh 😒 we went early to beat the crowd and it was the best decision ever. Server was super attentive. Please be aware that 18% is automatically added to you bill no matter your party size.

Food was ok but extremely expensive for what they offer. A noodles plate for $25.00??? Really!!?? Regular soft-drinks are also expensive! Stick to water if you want to save some money. The prices are really unbalanced. Not sure how they came up with those prices. Food presentation was ok. Courtesy from manager could’ve been better. A simple “thank you for dinning with us” would’ve help from the manager at the entrance. Bathrooms were not that clean as I would’ve expected. The restaurant vibe was ok; however, not a five start restaurant as they pretend to show. We had a party of seven for dinner. We will not visit this place again. We rather give the opportunity to other local restaurants in the area.

For the first time we visited this restaurant, we had never been there because I always had the idea that it was one of the restaurant chains that do not pay attention to the service and food they offer. To our surprise, everything we ordered was well prepared and even detailed in decorating each plate. My kids loved the fried rice and sushi, and of course we loved everything they served. They also have a variety of very delicious cocktails by the way. The attention of the waiters is very good and attentive.
