Thank God we have this place in Miami Lakes!! This is by far the best spot for Breakfast!!!! The ladies are lovely, so friendly and the pastries like no other!!!
I was very exited to learn that I have a french cafe right next to my new apartment. When I went there for the first time the ladies working there were very unfriendly. I was also quite dumbfounded when I realized this cafe was more Cuban than French. Food was mediocre but definitely overpriced. Atmosphere was weird, I felt very rushed when I was looking at the menu. Thanfully I found another (actually) French cafe close by.

We usually come here for breakfast and the island ladies and young cashier are amazing.It looks like they hired a Hispanic lady who is rude and unhelpful. We asked her for a baguette and said it wasn't available.The young guy at the register told her oh we have two right here and she replied you shouldn't be here to go back to the register.Lady is super rude and mistreats team members.The young guy secured the bread for us.The lady needs major training on attention to customers, listening and working with others.Best part is she could have informed us that 5 minutes later new baguette came out.Not coming back due to treatment today at 10:57am.

We were at this bakery 4 years ago. that time was really nothing special and we were not a big fan of it. This time, we tried breakfast and liked the menu. We had breakfast three times during our hotel stay next door. The menus are different from our (New York) standard. Things are larger but it was fun to try new things. The staff are very helpful and explain each item new to us. The coffee was very strong, and we loved it. Nice place for breakfast and lunch too.

How dare they call themselves “French”? It’s more “South American” (Colombian/Venezuelan) offerings. Have visited a few times; service is DEPLORABLE and stuff is extremely expensive. Don’t bother.

The food is average but the drinks are amazing! Order a drink asap! You won’t regret it. ?One major complaint I have is that the place is so disorganized. I was waiting in line to order my food but people who have never been there before wouldn’t know where to stand or go. Nevertheless, they all had their order taken before I did and I was in the right spot! I was making the line!They need a huge sign in many languages explaining where to order and place some arrows around because it isn’t fair. Of course they explained to those customers what they had to do for next time BUT what about me????? I do it correctly and get ignored?I hope they fix it up but I don’t have time to wait.
