Dunkin'

This Dunkin is a mixed bag. Service quality very much depends on the staff working at that moment. Some staff are delightful, some staff are a bit dismissive and rude. It’s an on campus location so I understand that servicing so many students is stressful, but it’s no excuse for some of the service I’ve received. Drinks vary greatly even though I put in the same drink order. Be wary about putting in a pickup order for donuts because I had to go out of my way to tell them that my donut was missing from my order, and the worker was snippy with me. This location is very convenient but I get put off from ordering from it because of the inconsistency. You can order from the app for this location and earn rewards points but you can’t redeem them here which is so disappointing.

This location shouldn’t be in a public map and app if it only serves students, the app charged me for a pick up order and then they were telling me I would be charged with trespassing if I tried going in to pick it up.

Employee has a bad attitude and treats customers incorrectly.
The employee ignored me for 10 minutes, i asked if someone was at the register.
She replied i am busy doing other task and will be with you when i can.
Disappeared and responded with bad attitude .
This is in a school and if your understaffed, talk to your company don't treat people bad.

Good coffe

There is never hot coffee after 6pm. It makes me so sad because I have class from 630p-10p. Is it normal for a coffee shop to not have hot coffee an hour before closing?

Staff are rude. Items aren't available but the app isn't updated. Frustrating waste of my time.

People taking orders are incredibly rude. People giving out orders are the sweetest and so helpful. I also didn’t realize you had to call ahead to get a dozen donuts? Lady in the front was super rude to me after i asked for a dozen, and only gave me half a dozen. It’s worth just driving to the starbucks down the road, as this dunkin’ is consistently out of about half the menu every day. And it’s sad because i love dunkin:((
