We had early dinner reservations and with unpredictable South Florida traffic arrived about 25 minutes early from Fort Lauderdale. The door was open and the atmosphere appeared casual and comfortable with some sofas set by the storefront window and a variety of table arrangements. The place was completely empty when we arrived. We were greeted by a young person who told us we were too early and had to wait outside until the time of our reservation. We were astonished and ultimately did go outside and across the street to a more welcoming establishment. Two members of our party insisted we go back and we did. The service was professional if a bit rote. The menu indeed offers locally sourced ingredients and they are cleverly prepared. The oysters, grouper, and Yellowjack carpaccio were complex and met all expectations for a Michelin rated establishment. Some of the other offerings were a bit heavy (including the salad dressing) with thick sauces overpowering the natural flavors of fresh vegetables or shrimp.
Not sure it’s worth a return visit, especially a long drive. Sadly the first impressions stuck and created unnecessary stress which sapped our enjoyment of a night out with dear friends.
The dishes were all extremely flavorful. The fried tilefish tail appetizer was a special and so amazing sauce. But the star was the rock shrimp chawanmushi. A non traditional take on it but delicious.
Congrats to EntreNos on their new 2025 Michelin Green Star for their commitment to sustainable practices like sourcing ingredients responsibly, minimizing waste, and using sustainable techniques throughout the restaurant process. 🌎💚
Really enjoyed the steak tartare, ribeye and fish!
Amazing food, friendly staff and a wonderful experience overall. One of the best restaurants in Miami 🏆
This was a TERRIFIC meal. Very inventive dishes (a tilefish with green mango, a chocolate sapote cake) , all made with local, organically sourced ingredients from Florida and perfectly cooked and paired. You are in for a treat!
We ordered, literally, everything on the menu and were thankful we did. It was all spectacular. A great restaurant, love how low key it is. Excellent Floridian concept. We will return!
Relaxed environment with excellent and very fresh tasting food. Had a little incident where my gf accidentally had an allergy scare but the staff (and chef Evan Burgess in particular) were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
Every dish was packed with incredible flavor, each one crafted with precision and care. The balance of flavors was spot-on rich, satisfying, and truly memorable. The schnitzel its was perfectly crispy, golden crust and tender, juicy center, but every plate that arrived at the table was just as impressive. It was the kind of meal that lingers in your memory, simply unforgettable. A well-deserved Michelin star. 🌟
Unique dinner place. It is located in a place which is a cafe during the day and pop-up dinner in the evening, so it is a very casual environment. Menu is limited, but each dish is fantastic. All dishes are based on local ingredients. We tried crudo, grilled oysters, and Key West pink shrimp to start. Each one was great, recommend all 3! For the main, we shared the fish and pork, again both were great, and it is hard to say which one is better. Service was great too. Definitely recommend if you are in the mood to have delicious dinner without being pretentious.
The food was good, service was friendly, the oysters were little bit salty for starters, the steak and jackfruit ice cream were very tasty and worth trying, and the room temperature was a bit low

A must visit for any real foodie. For me in the top 5 restaurants in Miami. Don't know why it took me so long to come, but will be back for sure. Don't miss out on this place

I’ve never booked New Year’s Eve dinner out before. Who wants to deal with crowds, traffic, hit or miss service all at a premium. However, this year we decided to book EntreNos with friends. We have eaten there several times including another big event night, Valentine’s Day, which is our anniversary, and we’re not disappointed. New Year’s Eve managed to top those. The atmosphere was still the same chill they are known for, but they brought a festive and fun vibe to the service. Members of the teams family also were there later in the evening which added to the warm neighborhood feeling I love about this place, a rare Michelin starred restaurant that takes their food more seriously than themselves . All dishes were presented by the chefs who were happy to answer our questions. The 7 course menu was filled with fresh and innovative takes on Florida’s finest ingredients, and despite the numerous courses, we did not feel weighed down. A sea grape granita was an unexpected favorite. Florida caviar with chawanmushi and potato served in a nested egg shell was another favorite. We chose the wine pairing which for the most part hit the mark, although would still have preferred an option to bring a few bottles, would be willing to pay a NYE size corkage fee. It was the perfect start to a New Year. Wishing the EntreNos team continued success in the New Year.

I am still in disbelief that the amazing dinner we experienced last night was in downtown Miami Shores, sharing space with our go to breakfast spot Tinta y café.
The concept here is to showcase Florida’s bounty interpreted at the highest level, which the chefs successfully executed on. Their Michelin experience is obvious. Our first starter, a blue runner Crudo, which my husband at first was a bit reluctant, since it is a fish he uses commonly as bait, was light, refreshing and flavorful, every last bit of sauce being scooped up. A fresh salad and grilled Sebastian oysters were enjoyed. Our last small dish, a poached lobster dish with potatoes, onion foam and custard was probably my favorite of the night. We chose the pork as our main which was tender and served over cream grits and beans. We finished with a light persimmon sorbet over a Tomme cheese pannacotte. Service was perfect and the recommendation of a Sicilian wine from Mt. Etna on point and a bargain at $60 for Miami fine dining. Pricing was fair for the quality and uniqueness of this menu. Hoping EntreNos has a long successful run.
If you’re looking for a dining experience that will stay with you long after the last bite, EntreNos is the place to be. Their à la carte seasonal menu is a masterpiece of creativity and flavor.
Each dish we tried was a delightful surprise, crafted with care and precision. The Grilled Sebastian Oysters and stone crab were absolute highlights—bursting with freshness and perfectly balanced flavors. These are must-orders for seafood lovers.
As for dessert, the ice cream was nothing short of extraordinary. It was the ideal sweet ending to a memorable meal.
The team at EntreNos delivers not just food but a true culinary journey. We will remember this dinner fondly and can’t wait to return for another round of surprises. Highly recommended!
Ps: the crispy yukka were also 😍
One of the best dinner in a long time. Happy to celebrate our 10 years anniversary here. Greta chatting with chef too. Greta job . Michelin star well deserved
The food here was absolutely phenomenal! 🤩 I initially went by myself planning to try just three dishes, but I couldn’t resist and ended up sampling five, including their incredible dessert. The smoky flavors added an extra layer of depth to the proteins—whether you choose steak, pork, or fish, you can’t go wrong. Their seasonal dishes, like the beef tartare, were a standout—every bite was bursting with flavor and had just the right texture.
The atmosphere added to the experience, too. The couple sitting next to me kept nodding in approval with every dish they tried, and it made the entire meal feel even more enjoyable. By the end, my mood was lifted and my belly was happily full.
One of the highlights for me was how the chefs personally brought the dishes to the tables with pride and confidence. You could really feel their passion for the food they create, and it made the entire dining experience even more special. Highly recommended!
