This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The people can hardly speak English and their attitude stinks. They act like you're bothering them when you called or come in. My last time buying from them.

I walk in to pick up my mobile order. There's a Doordash guy and a man with his son, just waiting for his order. The employee behind the register is eating and fixing the money in her register. There's no acknowledgement that I even exist, so I give the benefit of the doubt that she's helping DD. So I'm there for a couple of minutes and still no acknowledgement. So after about 5 minutes, still no spoken words to me at all. The Doordash guy gets his order the other man gets his order. And I'm just there waiting for for someone to speak to me and she just continues to eat and deal with the register having conversations with her coworkers, and one of the coworkers says something to me in Spanish about her and I say I don't speak Spanish, which I don't but I can make out what she said, the employee who was at the registers first words to me were to explain what was said. I was frustrated so I said I know what the other one said and asked was my order ready. She then catches an attitude and asks me my name (which should have been done at least 10 minutes ago at this point) and says my order isn't ready yet and then disappears to the back another employee comes up and looks for my order which had been sitting in the pickup bin behind the counter and gives me my order. I told him thanks and I appreciated him helping me. I'm just upset that this woman apparently couldn't understand why I had frustration in my voice after she just stood their, chewed food and had conversations with others. I know customer service is dead but at least have the common courtesy to acknlowdge I existed. 0 for customer service but the melts and cookie side was good.

I usual try and be fair with Reviews but today was the WORSE! The Hispanic Lady ( I was told she is the MANAGER)that takes the order wouldn't give me her name and hung up!!!! No Customer Skills at ALL!!!! She treated my like I was bothering her!! who Owns this Location? are they checking on their Business?? There is no way she would ever work for Me! To be rude and then say my order is Cancelled!!! I said it before I try to leave amazing Reviews but today will be my last time with Pizza from this Location...Losing Money is never ok for a Business but, with employees like this they will be out of Business SOON!!!!

Ok I was charged on my card, my order come to home and then the driver try to charge me on cash he call the âmanagerâ MARIA ( who denied to tell me her last name ) I personally talked with her and she was very rude and told me I have to paid the order cash or the food go back to the store.
I asked to return my money back, and she was very rude again.
