Don’t order online I ordered my food 2 hours before the place closed never received it called and they said the driver was coming back and my pizza was the first one he’ll deliver on his next outing never came and they never picked up again and cancelled my order

Ordered on line 2 pizzas last night. They finally arrived 2 hours later. Cold, and hard. Could not eat it. Called several times to find out where the order status was, and after many calls, finally they answered saying they were short of drivers. Second time happening! NO MORE PIZZA HUT - thanks, but competition can do a better job.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING HERE. I placed an order online for only 2 pizzas for delivery. I live 15 minutes away from the location so the tracker informed me that pizza delivery would take 40 minutes to arrive. I was busy with household chores and didn’t see that Pizza Hut called me 15 minutes after I made the order. Once I called back, I believe Maria answered and informed me that they only had one driver but do not worry they will deliver my pizza… before we ended the conversation she stated that the driver just arrived and now has my order to deliver. I waited 30 minutes and no pizza had arrived. I called again and she assured me that it was on the way. After another 30 minutes, I called again and spoke to a Josh who admitted that the order was cancelled earlier when they called me in the beginning. So why did Maria lie about the driver picking up my order and out for delivery? This store is unprofessional and a joke! The staff is all incompetent and clearly just there to pretend to provide service to the community. I never heard a company to call and confirm an order after you paid for it. Why do you need to confirm an order if I paid for it? Obviously I want it….. Then to top if off, the company called me the next day to ask WHY DID I CANCEL the order? They had no concern about the issue the day of that they wasted my time for 2 hours waiting but the next day they called to ask why did I cancel…. I will never patronize this location ( delivery or pick up) I hope the location is shut down….
