So frustrated with the disparity of rules at the location. More than once I have seen "pets" at this location, so I brought my 13lb cockapoo on a leash and was IMMEDIATELY stopped at the door. Saw the same manager who stopped me and she had very minimal to say. Don't get me wrong I love pets but TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY!!! This is not the first time either.

Christopher is the sweetest person. He was worried because I am a senior citizen and my shoe laces were loose so he made sure l walked around the supermarket with my laces tied the proper way. He did it for me. God bless employees like Christopher. Oct. 4th.2023 1:59 p.m.

Very nice Publix the majority of staff are good, but the deli staff "sandwich" section take very long to make a sandwich they seems like they get bother when they see a person making a line...

DANGER!!! If you do not want to get MUGGED, ROBBED AND YOUR CAR DAMAGED!!! Do not shop at Publix Miami Shores store. Management does not follow protocols from corporate Risk Management with filing the necessary reports. Supervisor from customer service on duty 1/30/2023 was ignorant and did not pulled the video tape for the cops to see who did the damaged/ break in to my vehicle. After taking to friends and neighbors I was informed to file the report which I did. Different supervisor advised the report would be submitted the store manager and corporate risk management would call. It's been 2 weeks with no call. In the meantime Safelite Auto Glass Company replaced my windows however they did not put the tint and damaged the electrical system when locking the car with the fob. My out of pocket cost exceeded $500. 00 it is a principal not the money that I want Publix to be responsible

Overall, this is a nice Publix. Friendly staff and clean aisles. Nice selection and fully stocked shelves. Occasionally, I do get produce that has gone bad. Considering how busy it is and everyone knows food has a short shelf life, I think it is a high quality grocery store. They have great customer service and the security guard is always friendly.

An hour wait at the deli no matter what!!! They purposely go slow like to the point it's insulting like they're trying to piss their boss off but the customers are the ones that get victimized. I asked the woman is it more important for her to organize bags than server her customers who've been waiting for 15+ mins and she said yes. I said where's the manager she said over there go get her if you want. Like the disrespect is mind blowing on top of being the most overpriced grocery store in Fl

I was in line to order a sandwich. There were 3 people ahead of me. I know it's a dinner time and busy. There were two ladies making sandwiches. After 15 minutes or so, I thought it was my turn. But the lady who just finished with one customer started making orders for online. She didn't even acknowledge me. The customer wasn't even there yet. I am not sure that online orders have priority. But I felt it was wrong. I left without my sandwich.

This is the closet Publix to my house so I come here a lot. The first time I made an online order for a sub, they said they didn't receive my order even though I showed them my confirmation number and even confirming it was this Publix. The worker started to complain saying the turkey was in the freezer and she didn't want to walk over there because her feet hurt, if she could give me ham instead even though I paid for my turkey sub already. When I respectfully declined the ham, the worker proceeded to complain as she was making my sub. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered online again today. When I went to pick up my order, the workers said they don't know what an "Online" order is and "We don't do that here" even though I have a confirmation number yet again and confirmed it was this Publix where I have to pick it up. Do not place orders online here.

Over the years the products I want have been eliminated from publix stores. Nestle splash waters, stoufers pot pies and turkey dinners, many things from the deli especially cheeses. Our condo complex has collectively decided to shop at other stores and only go to publix, which is across the street, as an emergency. We use it like a convience store. 64 units are no longer shopping there. Congratulations publix. Perhaps you should spend your money on sticking and training and keep your money out of politics !!

This location went downhill rapidly. Not a care in the world to help a customer. Literally single cell organisms running this place now. What a shame.

I like this publix . It has really nice people.Their is Evelyn the cashier who is super sweet. She is always so helpful and patient .She is a delight. Deborah the customer service supervisor is also very patient and helpful. Nice as well. Their is also Gustavo from grocery that is so pleasant and helpful and always goes out of his way to help me and my mom. Excellent!
