WORST EXPERIENCE. I think I actually got robbed in broad daylight. What didn't go wrong with this experience. The waitress knew nothing about the menu and when asked questions had to go to someone else to verify. We went through THREE item suggestions that had pork, I denied them and let her know I DO NOT eat pork and what does she do? She brought me an appetizer with a big slab of pork on it. When I told them I can't eat that the restaurant removed it and brought the same plate back out to me . Not even a newly prepared plate, you could literally see the pork juices and dent from the meat still in the food. They then tried to convince me that I had to have it because they couldn't take it off the bill. Next issue was I asked for my steak MEDIUM and they gave me a well done steak with cold fries. I can't make this up people. This was a really bad experience and to make it worse I get the bill and I see that the math is wrong on the mandatory gratuity. When I asked about it she said she didn't understand and there is nothing she can do. I see why the place is always empty . I came here for a nice lunch and got nothing but problems the entire time. Proceed with caution . Waitress's name rhymes with Pamila .
Very casual and laid back with a bohemian air and an interesting menu presentation. The food was excellent and the service from our server Nina was impeccable. Recommended and will frequent again.
Hurry before the rest of the world discovers this place! Fantastic food, served expertly by Nina (our fearless server who took care of my birthday dinner with skill and nerve!), in a gorgeously appointed restaurant. The full bar does not disappoint, and we kept the bartender busy with multiple sangria orders. The charcuterie board is a must, along with the shrimp appetizer. For dinner, I had a perfectly grilled churrasco steak, and my wife had the short rib which was also amazing and tender. In short, everything is delicious, and Nina will take good care of you, so hurry up and get in here before it becomes too popular.
Great food and service, especially from Nina. Great atmosphere also.
I have been coming to Sins since it opened on day one. It used to be a really classy and elegant place. Over the years the quality and the service has started to fail. The restaurant is dirty and it generally smells like rotten grease. The food quality has gone downhill and some of the staff are very unprofessional. My most recent experience here was not that great. The steak was very poor quality and the bartender was very rude. It's obvious that this place is on the decline. The main reason that people come here is because it is the only bar in the neighborhood. If there was some place better on the street this dump would shut down instantly. My friends and I will stop coming here and that means that this establishment will lose thousands of dollars a year in revenue.
Beautiful place, delicious food , professional and friendly staff , overall will be coming back with the family, really good place, I highly recommend the hot brownie and the churrasco.
As soon as I got to my airbnb, I made sure I stopped here. The staff was so friendly and kind, my server made great recommendations. I had the pork belly bites and stuffed plantain. The drinks were superb. I stopped in twice and the service remained consistent. If you're looking for a place to grab something to eat and a cocktail, I would recommend this place.
Sins Gastrobar has always been a vibe, but with Emanuel as the new owner, it feels even more like home!!! He’s brought a warm, welcoming energy that makes the space feel rooted in the Miami we love… laid back, lively, and full of heart. The happy hour is way better now too—$8 drinks that actually are a hit! Whether you’re pulling up for a chill night or bringing friends for a good time, this spot feels like the neighborhood hangout we all needed.
She was not friendly. Did not explain the menu well and when the dishes came she seemed offended I asked her to tell us what meats came on the board we ordered.
Super pleased with the experience! From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and the service was awesome until we left. The cocktails are definitely crafted and they don't skimp on the ingredients. The good, really delicious. The live music was a great mix of Spanish and English and the playlist was all inclusive. 5 out of 5 sins, 5 out of 5!

The food was different and very good we sat outside and the waitress was extremely helpful
Food was delicious. Service not so much. Waiter kept apologizing yet carried on spending time with another table full of girls. The bartender ended up coming to take our drinks because we kept signaling the waiter to come over but didn't.
This place has lots of ambience owing to the decor and live music. However, the food quality seems to have decreased from the last time our family visited. They ran out of salmon on a Friday night and the chicken was dry and was not flavourful. We really enjoyed this place when it initially opened but something must have changed after the pandemic.
So good!
