There is no Subway restaurant here.

The worst experience of my life. They hire inept people to work who can’t even finish your sandwich. They waste your time and take care of other people ahead of you. I recommend no one comes to this subway. It’s trash and it’s workers are trash!

Not good. Loud Spanish employees yelling at each other. My chicken wrap was awful. The spinach wrap was like rubber and it was not green but some off color beige. I threw it away.

Service was quick, and easy. Order made perfectly. Food tasted great. Can't ask for nothing more than that. I'd suggest taking a stop here if you're looking for a quick thing to eat on a lunch break or need some early food in your system. The prices are very consumer friendly, so you'll definitely find something that you'll like that is also affordable.

Well, I just had the same problem at this Subway store that I had at the only other Subway in Miami Shores. If you make it here at 5 minutes before closing, you're going to get stared at like you're invisible when you're knocking on a locked door. Seriously, someone just pretended that I wasn't standing there trying to give them business. What was she so busy doing? Breaking down the cash register.

Dinner was absolutely mouthwatering my spicy Italian was way more delicious than I anticipated. I haven't had this sub in a while and my craving have become unbearable this location made my fresh crispy juicy footlong. She squeezed the perfect amount of lite Mayo to compliment those succulent veggies and Salami. The cook was so patient and accurate and the restaurant was empty but still well kept. However the bathrooms should be checked more often.

Who is the franchise owner of this store? Seriously, the owner need to take a good look at their Yelp reviews and their employees and make some serious changes. I try to be fair with my reviews and not let other reviews sway me from eating somewhere but I truly should've listened to the other Yelpers who said not to go. There are some major issues going on at this location and let's be mindful that Subway is a fast food restaurant so the expectations are not high. I worked at Subway throughout college so some of my feedback is because of my extensive understanding of corporate Subways expectations. First off their customer service is terrible. There was not a greeting or acknowledgement of my entrance into the store. The 3 employees behind the counter were chatting with each other and not paying much attention to the guest in front of me or me. The person in front of me ordered 2 subs, the chatty employee messed up the second sub because he was talking. By the time they had finished huge order of two freaking subs in front of me 10 minutes had already passed. I ordered two footlong subs on the same type of bread. They do not cut their bread properly, if they cut it how the franchise says to they wouldn't have to use the knife to smash down the veggies just to close the sub. I did not see a single person behind the counter change gloves or wash their hands the entire time. I didn't even see that after they touched the computer screen to check me out. Hand washing is so important in food service. Guys, it's Subway, it should not take me a half hour to get two subs...especially with three people working. It's a sub...it's nothing special. If you do go walk into the store knowing that you will wait entirely too long for a sub that is just like all the others but will be made by staff who don't wash their dirty hands and who don't care if you're there or not.

Line inside of people waiting for service 2 employees outside smoking and talking on phone. Watch one employee chewing on her finger then wipe cutting board with same bare hand. Disgusting

This place works for me every couple weeks. Standard Subway service, decent meal. Accents of servers may be a little tough at times -- but hey, this is Miami. Get used to it.

The employees don't speak English on any time of the day I've been there also they favor the Latin customers more n give them more food and skim on the food for everyone else. All in all I avoid this racist establishment all together

For a healthier side/drink option, grab the Oven Baked Lays chips and the unsweetened Fuze iced tea.
