The staff are all personable and professional in particular Ms. Stephany and Mr. Pedro. Additionally, the aesthetic appeal of the hotel is lovely, it is safe and secure and has spacious bedrooms, and nice room amenities. The bathrooms are wonderful in the rooms as well and the accessibility to Miami International Airport is wonderful and the hotel does have luxury shuttle transportation as well. Ultimately, the hotel is as diverse as the community and as a local hosting a friend it was very convenient for her early morning sojourn to the airport. Thanks again EB staff! This hotel was the highlight of our month long business trip around the US. When we stay in Miami for work we need easy parking, a decent restaurant for when we finish late, space in our rooms for our equipment and great staff. EB checks every box! All of the staff were excellent, from the restaurant and bar staff to the front desk - a special shout out to Aurelio and Gianni on the front desk who really did everything they could to make our three night stay run smoothly. Our team all agreed we'd stay at EB again the next time we're in Miami.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Suites were well appointed and large. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Pleasant and talented bar staff. Did not experience the restaurant, pool or fitness center to give a review. EB will likely be our first choice on our next Miami visit if we choose to be close to the airport.

The rooms were fantastic big and spacious bathroom was a wow factor unexpected couldn’t fault the room Unfortunately we didn’t get picked up from the airport left us hanging which was not a great start especially from a long flight haul
EB hotel is far the best Miami airport hotel - large comfortable clean rooms and just ten minutes from the airport. My wife and I had a drink at the bar and decided to have dinner there too. Excellent food but the highlight was Yuri our server- charming, professional and attentive, he clearly enjoys his job and a credit to the hospitality industry. I hope his contribution to the hotels’ first class reputation will not go unnoticed. We look forward to returning again soon.

We stayed here the night before our evening flight home to UK, my 16 year old son and I. We hadn’t booked in advance as weren’t sure of our plans for the day. We arrived around midday and asked if we could leave our bags while we dropped the hire car off, ready for check in later but they found us a room ready right away, plus allowed us a later check out the next day as we didn’t need to leave until mid afternoon. It rounded off our 3 week road trip around Florida fabulously! We were able to spend our last morning chilling by the pool before having lunch and taking the shuttle to the airport. We had a delicious dinner and lunch in the restaurant which was reasonably priced. A lovely end to our holiday! A more expensive stay than the average airport hotel, but absolutely worth it and would highly recommend.
