This Jimmy John’s in Miami Springs is a joke. Can’t get a simple roast beef right — twice now I’ve gotten the wrong sandwiches. If this is how a franchise runs, I honestly hope it fails fast so something better can replace it.

Driving through the Springs, found Jimmy John’s by accident and had to try! Ordered a giant (seriously, it’s two meals) Ultimate Italian sub, toasted. Delicious. Probably the best chain sub I’ve had. Friendly staff, fast service and great food. I’ll be back!!

Just walked into this location waited 5 minutes and no service..... first JJ's I have ever been to where they didn't at least welcome you into their store..... so I walked out without ordering....

Came here for lunch to dine in and food came out fast. I tried the Picklewich and it was good. But I don't think I want to substitute bread for a pickle. I also had the bootlegger and I really loved it and need to try it with mayo next time.
My first time here. I went for lunch the other day and had a nice experience. My order came quick, place was clean and the sandwich was great! The lettuce and tomatoes felt and tasted fresh. Will be coming back.

Unfortunately for us it was very bad, they didn't have the bread they show in their photos, they offered us square bread of the kind you buy for home, I don't know if it's part of the service, but they didn't offer us whether the sandwich was hot or cold at the end. ice cream, we informed that it was our first time in the place and despite this they did not give us information and/or recommendations of the products, are they cold or hot, do they have sauces or do not have them, absolutely nothing, despite not receiving good attention there were at least 4 or 5 people working on site. In the end we paid for some cold square sandwiches and 1 soda for a high value. we will not return!
