During the night shift on 12/04, the manager on duty displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. She is very rude, loud, and has poor customer service. She was yelling at the employees in front of customers. Please follow up on this type of behavior.

I’ve never thought of giving McDonald’s a review. But this is the first one I can say always super duper clean. Never have I dealt with anyone who doesn’t seem like they want to work. Super fast service. Haven’t missed an item yet in my orders. And sometimes I order for about 6 guys and order good. In the morning I order on app soon as I walk in they ask my name and hand my food with a smile

Absolutely terrible experience every single time. The supervisors are not just rude — they’re completely unprofessional and clearly have no training in basic customer service. They mess up orders constantly, especially billing, and instead of owning their mistakes, they gaslight customers like it’s our fault. The staff treats people with zero respect, whether you’re inside the store or stuck at the slow, chaotic drive-thru. It’s honestly embarrassing. The only saving grace is that the food is fresh, but it’s not worth dealing with the attitude and incompetence. Management seriously needs to get it together.

Unfortunately, the supervisors are rude. They know nothing about customer service. They make mistakes when billing orders, but they act as if the mistake was the customer's. It's always a bad experience for the public, both inside the store and at the drive-thru. The lack of respect towards the customer is outrageous. I wish they could improve that, since the food is always freshly made.

horrible attitudes from the cuban ladies that work at the front. All of them yell the back of the house employees and also treat customers very bad. Please managers be aware of this, you don't want to loose customers specially with this economy. We don't want people yelling at their jobs not happy at all.

Good afternoon, today there was a very uncomfortable and extremely bad taste moment. First, they did not want to attend to the checkout until the orders were finished while the checkout was open, and then the manager not only treated my colleagues who were buying poorly but also mistreated the cleaning lady and threatened her that if there was a bad comment I would make her responsible. That woman cannot be a manager, she did not know how to solve the problem and on the contrary, it created a horrible situation
