Restaurant was good. Amazing staff like Johania and Beverly who are amazing at their jobs. Always smiled to all customers. Had a good ribs meal, served hot thanks to the chef. The restaurant is clean and very tidy. Thank you all for the amazing job.

Artichoke spinach dip tasted only of old frozen spinach, and was cold in the middle. And I don't know why they put tomatoes in a Caesar salad, but even then I wish they hadn't been old ones. Very disappointing.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, they have terrible service, dirty bathrooms, and they also stole my car's catalytic converter in the parking lot , They were not responsible for anything. It is a disaster hotel. Please, not recommended.
I knew my stay at the Clarion was gonna be something else when my friends little sister uttered “oh no” upon opening the door to our room. This utterance was entirely warranted as it was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I made the mistake of looking around for an outlet to plug my charger into and discovered more dirt and grime than i’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The wall behind the bed was actually horrifying. The doors to our room and bathroom were chipping and molding… that was nice! Woke up to “let’s put our clothes from here in separate bags”. My expectations were therefore very low for breakfast the next morning, but let me tell you it was fire. Overall this hotel sucks, but recommend if you like a good challenge- Can you survive a night in the clarion?
This place is terrible. The bath towels were dingy and dirty. Room smells like smoke. Shuttle does not operate at the times they say. I should have paid attention to the reviews. But I guess you get what you pay for.
Oh man what can I say but scary. Not that it is in a bad section of town or anything like that the hotel just needs a ton of work done. I stayed because it was close to the airport for my 6:00am flight. NO Pool in Miami really!!! also my room would not cool the air condtioner was so old and not working. Bed was nice an comfy but other than that SCARY!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL HOTEL! There was a man sleeping in one of the beds when we entered our room. We went immediately back down to the front desk. We told them and they shrugged their shoulders like no big deal. We were so tired we took a different room. But that was SO creepy. SO SCARY. The hotel smells like weed. The neighborhood is sketchy. They refuse to give us any compensation.
We stayed here the night before a departing cruise where we had to catch a flight out early in the AM so we were unable to utilize the breakfast as it was served later then our departure time, same went for the shuttle service. It was during Spring break so the rates were double then normal. From the outside of the building, to the gross windows in the room, to the inexcusable bathroom, even the toilet paper looked old, we’re just grateful it was one night. It should be 2 stars, no joke. I’m glad I will be able to attach photos.
I truly do not understand the negative reviews this hotel attracts. I have stayed many times and never encountered any issues. The shuttle is on time and efficient. The front desk staff are friendly and competent. The rooms are large and clean with good water pressure in the bathroom. They offer shuttle service to the cruise port as well as the airport. There is a Chinese restaurant outside and a great sports bar a short walk away. What more do people want? I had a simple request on this visit and Frank Molina, the general manager, graciously accommodated me. This hotel may be on the older side but it ticks all the boxes for me.
It’s a dump! American Airlines put me up there since they made me miss my flight home. A bunch of us said it was a dump. It was clean but run down. Hard to believe they are allowed to use the clarion inn name. This was low motel 6 like. Tom bodet would died!

Nasty! Tub broken, (charged suite with jacuzzi price) no door on bathroom, banaid stuck on side of tub, TV doesn't work, lobby furniture is stained and gross. Asked for refund after check in due to room conditions told no. Checked out at 30 mins later. It's horrible!!! Don't stay here.
We stayed just the one night before joining a cruise ship in February 23. The wait to check in was quite long as there was just 1 person on the desk helping to check people into their rooms (I felt quite sorry for her!) We arrived at around 9:30pm to Miami airport and were assured before our trip that there would be an airport shuttle that would pick us up and take us to the hotel but I would suggest you do not wait for this as we waited approximately 45 minutes with the shuttle not showing up which in the end cost us $17 (plus tip) to get to the hotel. The hotel smells of cigarettes and as we walked down the corridor of our room there was a strong smell of weed which makes you wonder the type of clients they have stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean (despite the smell) and I would say it's ok for a 1 night stay, my partner on the other hand would probably disagree. If you were looking to stay a few nights I would spend your money elsewhere. The location not the hotel was great, fairly close to restaurants and convenience stores if you required anything. It was also not too far from the airport. The hotel also provided a cruise port shuttle at a cost of $12 per person which I thought was reasonable. In summary. Ok if you just need just the 1 night but any longer and I would look elsewhere.

I have not received any resolution and I was promised from the Team supervisor Susanna a 50 percent refund at least off from the stay due to the inability of provisioning towels to my party in the morning in order for us to shower. I provided only two stars because the hotel itself was poorly kept the bedding uncomfortable and the room filthy and our sink was plugged with something that needed to be exhumed upon our arrival. These extra oddities caused a delay in us starting our tiny overnight New Years stay without kids in Miami which was a hindrance in our plans but nothing quite as bad as not being able to shower the day after in the hotel. I am saddened that the staff as kind as everyone was when I told them about the incident they were incredibly receptive however it appears I have been entirely forgotten about. I am writing this to allow other travelers to be aware of my own experience and just keep a heads up for future travels.
*Sorry we ate most of the fries before I took the pic lolThis restaurant is inside Clarion Hotel. It's only open for select hours. We stopped in to check it out the evening we stayed at the hotel. We only ordered fries and a soft drink, but were good. Nothing fancy, and the prices were ok. The cashier was friendly and the food came out very quick.

Rundown and poor service. Restaurant hours are not great for late/early travels. We missed both breakfast and dinner. We were put up here by American Airlines because we missed a connection. I guess they put us there because it’s cheap! Shuttle service is terrible.
