Restaurant was good. Amazing staff like Johania and Beverly who are amazing at their jobs. Always smiled to all customers. Had a good ribs meal, served hot thanks to the chef. The restaurant is clean and very tidy. Thank you all for the amazing job.

I truly do not understand the negative reviews this hotel attracts. I have stayed many times and never encountered any issues. The shuttle is on time and efficient. The front desk staff are friendly and competent. The rooms are large and clean with good water pressure in the bathroom. They offer shuttle service to the cruise port as well as the airport. There is a Chinese restaurant outside and a great sports bar a short walk away. What more do people want? I had a simple request...

It’s a dump! American Airlines put me up there since they made me miss my flight home. A bunch of us said it was a dump. It was clean but run down. Hard to believe they are allowed to use the clarion inn name. This was low motel 6 like. Tom bodet would died!
