Service was top notch, Emmanuel took care of us, a polished young man, food was excellent, the paella with lobster, shrimp and all sorts of seafood... sorry we came in too early and missed the show Warning...if asking for water... make sure you specify what kind you want, paid almost $10 for regular water... the only thing I didn't enjoy 😪... I just expected free tap water

Best Paella and grill octopus you’ll ever have hands down. It is always a hit or miss and usually a miss when it comes to restaurants in Miami. At this spot, it’s perfect every single time. I don’t know how they get that perfect crust and it doesn’t have that funk and game taste. They know what they’re doing. Service was also unusually friendly. We had fella named Emanuel who made the experience very pleasurable.

Tapas , garlic shrimp, grilled octopus it a must try fresh from Cantabria and the Seafood grilled parrillada Wow mind blown Even had live music - Spanish Guitar!

We went today for my dad’s birthday, and we’re beyond grateful for Keily !!! she was the best from the moment we arrived! So welcoming and friendly, she’s the best ❤️Our server, Emanuel , was amazing, kind and very knowledgeable too! The food was delicious, and we had such a wonderful time. The entire staff was incredible ! thank you all for making our celebration so special!🫶🏻

The live flamenco show was beautiful. All the tapas we ordered were delicious. They have a great wine selection and a full bar. Overall everything was great! Little hidden gem.

Place was short of staff, they took forever just to take our order for some appetizers and over 30 minutes to open the bottle of wine that we had selected and then the manager was mad because she had to throw away the food that we ordered because we decided to leave and she said the food was coming out in 29 minutes and all the appetizers we ordered were not out yet. The next day I received a text message from the owner saying how sorry they were and that we have a credit if we decided to give them another opportunity but I replied to the text to see how much the credit was and to say that we would like to come back but never received any response back. Very nice place but really disappointed of their customer service and response.

My fiancé and I come here often at paco’s and we’ve always experienced AMAZING customer service. Today Emanuel was our server and he was the best ever and made us feel so comfortable. When we arrived they were sold out however, Emanuel made it up to us by providing a great service he was very courteous and welcoming. Delicious octopus very fresh , juicy and crispy the best I have ever tasted pairing with a delightful white wine Albariño. Hopefully we’re able to request his presence again thank you for making our anniversary night!!
