Had a wonderful dinner with my mom at Paco's Way! The food was absolutely delicious. Flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented.
What really made the night special was our server, Gaby. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Great food and even better service....we’ll definitely be back!

My fiancé and I come here often at paco’s and we’ve always experienced AMAZING customer service. Today Emanuel was our server and he was the best ever and made us feel so comfortable. When we arrived they were sold out however, Emanuel made it up to us by providing a great service he was very courteous and welcoming. Delicious octopus very fresh , juicy and crispy the best I have ever tasted pairing with a delightful white wine Albariño. Hopefully we’re able to request his presence again thank you for making our anniversary night!!

I had the grilled snapper filet and it was excellently prepared. Very flavorful and moist. The baked potato slices were perfectly cooked. My cousin had the fried snapper filet and she said it was delicious. She also raved about the mashed potatoes.
We had a great experience. We took the opportunity. We were in the springs for a car show in the circle. Staff was very friendly and had great service. We ordered a few tapas, mixed croquettes, a charcuterie board and the tomato bread, so we could explore some of the menu and Spanish Beer. We enjoyed it very much. We  were told there's a Spanish flamenco show at night. We will be back for full dining experience. Definitely recommend.

Visited Restaurant with sisters to celebrate Birthday for an early dinner. Staff was so kind and welcoming, we had Emanuel as our waiter. He was so informative about the menu, let us know about the owner and we could tell he really enjoyed his job and work environment. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to Desserts. Would recommend!
