Not from FL and decided to give them a try while staying at a local hotel as they had a super reasonable $3 delivery fee and it was more than worth it!!! Got huge portions of sweet and sour chicken, and beef and broccoli, and they were both so amazing. Me and my travel companion both agreed this was the best Chinese food we've had!!!!! Delivery was quick and they even kindly included plates for us since we were at a hotel. Thank you, saving your business info if I'm ever in town again I will order again!!!!

We have been ordering from them for employee lunch at work once a month, spending about $180-220 every time but their food has been going downhill and they are almost not edible now. Their food used to be really good, so we decided to get once-a-month employee lunch from this place. We have noticed that the food had gotten less and less tasty every time we order and what we got yesterday were horrible!! General Tso's Chicken was almost undone and had a wired sourly taste, fried rice had no flavor, and the worst ones were singapore noodles!! The chef must have forgotten to put salt! Usually Chinese foods are salty enough, but yesterday we had to put salt on the noodles! Ridiculous!! I called the restaurant to complain but the lady who answered the phone kept telling me to call back. I hope the owner sees this message and contact us.

I decided to order food from this place last night after getting home from a long day at work. I was initially happy with the simplicity of the technology behind my online order. HOWEVER, when the food finally arrived and I literally tasted everything I had ordered, I was so disappointed with the taste of everything--- it was like I was not eating Chinese food! It taste it absolutely nothing like Chinese. The fried rice, the sesame chicken, & the orange chicken was straight up undesirable!

I felt like it was the worst $60+ I had spent in a long time!

Ownership / Management at this restaurant should stop deceiving it's customers. Hire a consultant, do something to improve the taste of the "Chinese food" being offered.

Consumer, beware!

I've been going to Ping House ever since I work at Sears. 62020 covid and now is 2024 and now they still have the dining area still closed. The food is given to you in a styrofoam plate now you have to order outside next to the garbage bin in the back and the food is given to you there. Things have really changed and it's not the great Chinese Ping House like it was before

This place used to be really good, from food to service. Over the last few years, this place has fallen off and seems like it keeps getting worse. Take out only. Call in or order at rear of the building. Prices have up while food quality has gone down

This was actually the worse Chinese football I’ve ever had. The fried rice had some stuff in it the look like pork but soft and questionable. The only good food thing we had was the noodles. Everything else just tasted nasty. We threw in the trash after barely eating any. Stay away.

Long layover in Miami so we ordered delivery to the hotel. Both the wonton and egg drop soups tasted like water. No amount of soy sauce could help. The rice was ok but the Gen Tso’s chicken was dry and bland. Both of our lunches ended up in the trash. I wish I could get my money back.
