I recently ordered, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The food quality was deeply concerning, with dishes emanating an off-putting odor that suggested the use of stale ingredients. The oil, seemingly old and reused, contributed to an unappetizing taste that made it difficult to take more than a few bites. The immediate feeling of nausea was a clear indication that the food was not only poorly prepared but also raised questions about the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. It was disheartening to see my money go to waste on a meal that was inedible.Better stay hungry then waste money and appetite at this place. We threw our food !

We are from Michigan and wanted a good dinner before heading home. Huge portions, fresh and HOT! Delivered 20 minutes earlier than said! Everything was very delicious. Rice was so yummy and love the pork in it!! I loved the egg rolls and how there are no bean sprouts in them!! The noodles were great as well. Wish we could try it again but don't know if we ever will as we are not local lol but had to give a rave review!

Yuck!! Had the sesame chicken. It was nothing like sesame chicken. Could not find the meat in the meat filled wontons. Total waste of money. However, they delivered it very quickly.

We were staying overnight after getting off of a cruise and waiting for our flight. We’ve stayed in the area before but never ordered PING HOUSE.Do yourself a favor and ORDER HERE ALL THE TIME!!!!!It was $39 for 4 meals. We had TONS left over. The portions were GIANT. The food was EXCELLENT. My kids won’t touch a vegetable and love lo mein noodles. The restaurant accommodated this perfectly. The delivery charge was only $2. Really, this was a lasting experience we can’t wait to have again while we’re next in town.

I very seldom leave reviews nor do I make a habit of wasting food. However, tonight I blew $40 on dinner because most of it was inedible and was thrown out. I took one bite of the sesame chicken and fried rice, and immediately lost my appetite. The only redeeming quality of the meal were the spring rolls. Do not waste your time if you're looking for genuinely good Chinese food. I've had better from the frozen section at the grocery store.

The restaurant is permanently close for dining so you won't be able to dine in. The food is ok to average. You can only order for take out and they always ask if you want to leave a tip. For what ? For me having to pick up my own food. They're just to ridiculous. Also food is not cheap. They are charging a premium for no reason. Pay your employees a decent salary so that they are no begging for tips.

Went there for sit down dinner. We walk down to it to find out that they only had takeout dining room is closed. They didn't mention that at the website. Will you ordered in the back was not nice. The soup we ordered the house special had no flavor whatsoever no broth all noodles. If the outside where you ordered your food at is a reflection on what it was like inside it was pretty bad.

My company orders from here and it’s really not bad.My only gripe is when I go to pick up the food. The person gives me the card scanner and it already has the tip screen on. When I hit cancel she has to redo the whole order because there is no option for “NO TIP” on a TAKEOUT ORDER, are you serious. The tipping culture in this country is out of hand, it’s not my job to pay you what your employer should give.
