-4 different sauces for different items were missing -Only had 1 piece of eating utensils for several items -did NOT receive chicken caesar wrap, but some random wrap

This Pollo Tropical location is my go-to, and I never had an issue here up until recently. The last three times I visited this location, the chicken has been over-grilled and very dry.
I didn’t complain the first couple of times; however, I did bring it to the evening shift manager’s attention this evening around 11:15 PM. He just nodded and didn’t say anything, basically gave me the impression that he didn’t care and just wanted me to leave the drive-thru.
The young lady who took my order was nice and did swap out the dry pieces; however, those pieces were dry as well. Someone from corporate really needs to drop in and inspect the operation to ensure the person conducting the grilling is doing it properly. The person grilling the chicken is not doing it properly. I absolutely HATE dry chicken. Pollo has increased their prices, which is fine however with the price increase, customers deserve great food and not extremely dry chicken!
I never had an issue when the evening shift manager used to be this Spanish woman who actually managed well and knew how to handle situations. The new male manager in the evening/nights seems a bit lost and should really work on his communication skills with customers.

I'm a fan of polo tropical, i had family in town and we stopped at this location to get a quick bite and it did not let me down. The cashier was great with a smile and the workers with the open cooking area took the initiative to put love in my food. The choppy bowl was so big that I had enough for leftovers.

One star due to the poor attitude of the male employee taking orders at the register on 12/17 around 4 PM. If you’re unhappy being there, it shows and affects customers.

The person never has a menu when you through the drive through . When they have a technical issue they do not how to fix it instead they cancel your order and tell you to get back in line

They stop selling churrasco!!! They skip my order every time. Don't matter if order online or inperson. Guess Don't speak Spanish well enough. Literally 5 people got big platters that ordered 10 mins after me. For the simplest thing. Ridiculous. Inly come here because near airport. Imagine only reason in business. Staff is horrible. Need training.

I've been waiting in line for over 30 minutes because someone has to come to my car to take my order. I don't know if the speaker is broken, but if it is, it should be fixed to avoid this long wait! 😩🚗⏳ #CustomerService #Waiting #Order
