This has to be the TOP Pollo Tropical in all of South Florida. The lines for drive thru are always around the corner, if you can find parking get off and order inside. The chicken is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS 20+ years Iāve eaten here, fresh of the grill. I think because of the volume of guests near airport that have to keep cooking all day long. The food is so good, beans, rice, plantains, even the dessert is yummy. Thank you for offering great prices and quality food to the community!!!
I wasnāt going to leave this review the many times things have been unpleasant but I think today did it. I had many situations where the staff here is just astronomical LAZY. Thereās an employee taking your order in the drive thru line, I forgot to add my drinks when I arrive to the window. MIND YOU I HAVENT EVEN PAID, I ask to add my soft drink the lady flat out told me no she couldnāt do that because there a line and it will take her to much time to punch in my drinks. Thereās many more stories but point is avoid this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Omg it was very busy and loud and overly crowded. They called my number in Spanish which I don't speak so the worker had to read my receipt in order to give me the correct food and my wife has a very sensitive stomach so I thought this would be a great place to eat but I was wrong the food tasted old and caused her a week of throwing up and a hospital visit ughhhh. STAY AWAY!!!
