The employees are very bad at their job and they give very little food no I do not recommend it I eat at tropical chicken almost every day but the truth is this abdication is very bad the service is very bad no no no I do not recommend it they even denied me a glass of water the worst of the worst no I do not recommend it

Unfortunately I had the worst experience today, I ordered my food through the drive-through and when I got to my job and started eating I noticed a fried roach on my yuca bites. I immediately went back and asked for a refund (manager did not want to give me the refund, after she called someone else they gave me my money back) she had attitude.Im not coming back.

Female worker at window sucks. Rude doesn’t say hi looks at you with a stank judgy face and gives attitude for absolutely no reason. Don’t know her name but she has dyed blonde hair. Food is good though I will say that. I’m not the type of person to write many reviews I only have a few but man when it’s a constant thing it gets annoying.

4.0 is way to low of a rating for this place. I had Coconut shrimp and black beans which were very good along with friendly service. Chicken roasting on a grill and sandwiches looked amazing too but I didn’t try on this trip. The cost was the same if you ate at Burger King and Pollo Tropical is 100% better.

Overall, very pleasing! The food was surprisingly delish for the price! So much food and novelties. Now, I did came back a couple of times to the register because they forgot to add avocado ( charged extra), and they gave white rice instead of brown to my hubby’s order. It was still tasty and we kept white rice. We would be looking for this place when back in FL from OH!

If you buy take away... you're sure to lose!... they never give you everything you ask for... there's always something missing... and you no longer complain... there's only one urinal in that place. Could it be possible?
