They close at 10:00 pm I came in at 9:46 they told me they were closed for the day I walk across the street to gas station come out I see a guy walk in and they start taking his order this is the second bad experience with them the first time I went there they barley wanted to give me any toppings I asked for olives and they only gave me 7 black sliced olives 3 sliced tomatoes 5 jalapenos 5 leafs of spinach the only reason I brought it was because I had a long flight and I was extremely hungry i give them negative 5 star

I just went in and wanted a salad and they told me they couldn’t do it. When asked why they said “the ingredients had to last them until end of shift” it’s really messed up for them to say that.. worse subway ever … never going there again!!!

I have an allergy and was trying to ask for ingredients from the back (I waited until everyone else in the store was ordered to not be holding anyone up). She had no idea what I was saying. They also kept walking away from everyone else’s order to take 1 persons order who came in after everyone else and kept adding to his order.

I live in Boston.I'm in miami for the day.. Stop off at this sunways they had. No food i don't know how they stayed open. I wanted to meat balls sub. No meatballs i changed it to a ham and cheese they had No lettuce, they was low on bread. They had one girl working at register.She was slow as hell it was just terrible

Terrible service …. Major language barrier.. could not understand what was being order .. then I was over charged.. I requested the meal of the day and she charged me for a sandwich and chips. And when I REALIZED she over charged me she got upset .. and she had to go get someone from the connecting hotel to translate for her because she was not understanding that she charged me for a sandwich and chips and not for the meal of the day and she kept insisting that she charged me the right thing and I was telling her she didn’t .. but to top it all off she finally gave me my money back but she wENT into the tip jar to give me the change FOR WHAT she messed up and she had a BIG ATTITUDE with me because she could not understand what was going on .. 10 out 10 DO NOT recommend unless you can speak fluent Spanish.

It was not my ordinary sandwich that I was use to getting. I get the Italian Bmt and there was barely any méat in between the bread.I got disgusted,I had to take the little méat that was there off and eat without the excessive bread!

They don’t have most of the products and the bathroom they said it have Clorox and the sort block with the dumpster. Even the soda machine only had 2 drinks. Restaurant clean but service is horrible. Never coming back to this location
One of the cleanest Subways I've been in in a while. The young lady that waited on us was really nice which is a refreshing change from the ugly world we live in. I'm sure not too many people appreciate good friendly service but I do!

Visited this store to order 2 veggie sandwiches. Staff did not understand English and were continuously speaking in Spanish language which I could not understand. It was 8 pm and I asked them bread options. Only two bread options available white bread and whole wheat. Despite of ordering combo, they did not give any discounts . My 6 year old son wanted to use washroom to pee and they said it’s not available . Highly unprofessional staff . I would not recommend this subway place at all. Subway owner should look at the all the reviews.

I don't understand why subway don't change the management. Staff even don't know about subway rewards points. Don't allow me to enter my number into the keypad. Washroom is accessible for staff for not for paid customers.

We arrived at 8:50 pm with posted closing time of 10 pm. The employees had already cleaned and used chairs as barricades so there was no seating. The employees scolded my husband for walking near the restrooms. The store was completely out of bread, only had flat bread. Definitely failed to plan for a Saturday evening crowd.
