Fine food in usual quality from SubWay. All in all it is as expected. Nice and clean. There was a bit of a long queue though. An additional employee would be beneficial.

Very clean located inside Days inn just 2 minute walk from Choice Hotel on Mokena ( Miami). We ordered sandwiches thru App was ready on time. Staff super friendly. Our hoagies were Super fresh, delicious , stack with all the ingredients we picked perfectly packed in just enough dressing too. Very pleased with the hoagie taste, the quality of the hoagie, the freshness of the meat, bread, lettuce n tomatoes, and last but not least our order was perfect! This location and staff on today worked as a team to ensure our food was prepared correctly and was delicious. We w recommend this Miami Subway location. 11/30/24.

It's 6 pm when I went in and they had all the chairs up and the bathroom was closed. I bought my food. I wanted to wash my hands but they said the bathroom was in chlorine and they close until 10 pm. How is that possible? Terrible service.

Good morning, this place does not give the tip that they give in cards to the workers, they only take the ones that the clients leave, it is a lack of respect from the manager or the manager.
I really liked the attention of the super cheerful person who served us, plus the place is very clean and the products are very fresh and everything looks very good.
It should be noted that even the bathrooms are very clean. Recommended and I would gladly return

Bad communication is the worst thing, it's sad that people like that work, they should give a customer service course ?♀️
I haven't been to this Subway in over 6 months because the last time that I went in I noticed that the lunch meat seems to be sliced much thinner than other subways. I feel that I got hardly any meat on my sandwich and no value for the money. I went in today around 2:35 pm and decided to get a footlong with extra meat and a couple of sides. It was the worst experience that I have had at a subway. There was an older lady with bleached blonde hair and glasses. I told the lady that I wanted the bread with the Italian herbs and cheese. Then I told her that I wanted extra meat in both English and spanish.
She tried to act like she didn't understand me. I told her that I would like the meat on the bottom of the bread. She acted as though she didn't understand me even though I told her in English and in Spanish.
I don't know why they would employ someone who doesn't speak English in a busy restaurant near the airport. There thousands of people staying and living in this area that speak only fluent english. I told her repeatedly(7 times) and she ignored me. Then she pointed to the top of the bread and said oh that's where you want it? I said no and I pointed to the other side and she said okay. Then she started putting the meat on the top of the bread again on purpose. I told her three more times and I also told the other employee that I want the meat first then the cheese then the veggies. I even stacked my hands and said meat and then cheese and move my hand up a notch and then veggies and move my hand up higher. So basically I told her in English and Spanish and in sign language. Yet she refused to put my meat on the bottom of the bread. She walked away and refused to make my food. She wasted 15 minutes and because of that I got caught in a dangerous flash flood. I don't think that this lady has any business dealing with the public. I don't think that you should have employees that do not speak any English and are so careless and disrespectful to other ladies working in a restaurant near the airport. It's always dead in there and now I know why.

Amazing clean and great customer service from Efrain
I arrived at 9:15 to order but the door was closed ,two guys inside pretending to be cleaning said that it was closed already, sign says at 10:00 and on Google even says at 10:00 wasted of time driving there..

Amazing staff super kind the lady who helped us, I think her name was Nancy, very fast and professional, I ate so comfortably because I felt that she prepared my bread with love

Went in 1.5 hours before closing. There was plenty of time to order, we thought. As soon as we walk in, the guy behind the counter says he's going to make it easy for us and tells us no bread. Actually, there was bread but said it was for Uber eats. We're very flexible, so we asked if Flatbread is still available. He said yes. As we start the order, he then tells us there's nothing left of meat/fixings. Terribly rude. We understand this might happen at the end of the day, but there is no need to be rude to longtime patrons. Do better @Subway HR.
