Went in 1.5 hours before closing. There was plenty of time to order, we thought. As soon as we walk in, the guy behind the counter says he's going to make it easy for us and tells us no bread. Actually, there was bread but said it was for Uber eats. We're very flexible, so we asked if Flatbread is still available. He said yes. As we start the order, he then tells us there's nothing left of meat/fixings. Terribly rude. We understand this might happen at the end of the day, but there is no need to be rude to longtime patrons. Do better @Subway HR.

I would give a zero rating, if it was available. I received no food, no service, just a look of ambivalence when I tried to enter the location at 8:30, on Sunday the 24th of March. The Open sign was lit. The posted hours on the door indicated they should be open until 9pm.What the hell kind of place hires people to close early, turning away customers and income?I think I may have dodged a bullet by being turned away. I know I won't try again.

Arrived at the adjoining hotel at about 8:30 pm.Multiple people from our van load from the airport just wanted a bite to eat, but the manager had decided to close early.When asked why, all anyone got was a "cut off head" hand gesture and a rude " We're Closed"Stay open advertised hours.Turn off your "open light" if you choose to close early.Don't be rude to prospective guests.TL/DR: Don't expect this place to accommodate you towards the end of their shift.

Walked to the Subway from the hotel. Sign on the door said we had 20 mins. Online and posters in the hotel said we had 1 hr 20 mins. Doors were locked. Inside, there was a Manager, employee and someone else in the store getting a sandwich made. More people showed up to eat. Not one person made eye contact or would acknowledge there were customers. Worker looked visibly uncomfortable while the 2 groups made other plans. As a business manager, all yall should be ashamed.

Very friendly and efficient staff, however i called the store and was told they do not speak English and was hung up on. (3 different toppings were unavailable and 1 option of cheese, which wasn’t even a big issue) Went into store, both employees were unable to understand my bread was wrong due to language barrier. Need English speaking workers in addition… not just Spanish… just bad for business experience. Particularly for us as tourists.

Great please the employees were excellent. They were fast and efficient and very respectful. Especially one worker in particular. Efrain had a great customer service was super respectful and went above and beyond helped us to our seats. and made us laugh. Best experience I had in a fast food industry.
