Pilot House has super attentive personnel. Dennis was very attentive and accommodating. He truly made our visit so pleasant! In modern times, this service culture is lacking. Pilot house has great food and good value.

Service was fantastic, the meal was excellent. We went back the next day, the second time was every bit as good as the first. Thank you!
We arrived and there was no one there, but it still took 35 min to receive appetizers. We placed our orders while we waited on appetizers and it took 55 min to make our lunch, by that time we had to leave and get our food to go. Our waters weren't refilled the whole time we were there. There was 1 waiter for the entire restaurant the attention was honestly not the best. The fact we couldn't enjoy our meal and had to each pay over $30 with tip included was horrendous. I would not recommend.
