I recommend the best cupcakes in Florida in all flavors, the Guayava cupcake dominates me, the coconut one is a delight without comparison..... And the Best of The Best coffee. That little drink is phenomenal.My family and all our friends are very loyal to Vitos Bakery. EXCELLENT QUALITY IN EVERYTHING. May the parents live as good as the twins.???????
The cashiers are great at customer service, friendly and nice. Great food. They prepare great cuban toast. Almost as a popcorn taste to it after toasted but add good amount of butter. Old school bakery with retro atmosphere.Parking: Next to BK, liquor store, bars, and Phillys pizza shop with sports bar inside Miami Springs.
Good breakfast, but very unorganized and very low staffing. I highly do not recommend if you’re looking for quick grab and go this ain’t it.

Sorry to say this has gone downhill. The place is unappealing. The lady who helped me was friendly, but even though the place was nearly empty, took quite a while to acknowledge me bc she was setting things up that she could have gotten to after assisting me.
Food was okay! But for the love of God, put more than 2 people to work on a Sunday morning. Had to wait 30 mins for a small box of goodies and a colada. Ridiculous!

Let me start off by saying that my 2 stars are coming strictly from poor customer service and an uncomfortable ambience in the past month. Pastelitos and coffee that I order from here are always fresh and delicious. However, the service I received on two different occasions has caused me to not return to this bakery again. I am not sure if the employees are new or just poorly trained in customer service but, two of these girls were extremely rude and had very unpleasant demeanors on both of my last visits. Not inviting whatsoever. Taking my order, it just felt like she didn’t want to be there or do her job and I felt as a customer that I didn’t even want to place my order with her. I asked for a Cuban toast with butter and a box of pastelitos and my usual cafe con leche clarito and no sugar. I swear I saw her roll her eyes at me like if I was taking too long to order my pastelitos or asking for too much. Then, I look over and see another customer receiving great customer service from another employee so, this tells me that there is no reason that I should have to feel this way and be attended to so poorly. I understand that everyone has a bad day but, as I mentioned, the same service was provided to me on two different occasions. I should’ve just asked for someone else to attend to me on the 2nd visit based on my previous experience but, the bakery was packed and a lot of people were waiting. I’d really love to return to this bakery as I said the food is great and it’s the closest bakery to my house. Very convenient but, I refuse to receive poor service at any public place and I just hope the owners know that they are losing customers like myself due to these unpleasant and unprofessional employees. 2nd time I didn’t even leave a tip. Other customers and myself were waiting and talking amongst ourselves about this service so I know I’m not the only one.
