I recently visited 800-LUCKY and was shocked to learn about the inspection results that led to its closure on August 1st due to serious health violations. The inspection revealed a total of 12 violations, including alarming instances of roach 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳activity. It was reported that live roaches were found in various areas, including the mini prep space and the food prep area. There were also dead roaches discovered near the dry storage shelves.😱😱😱😱
Additionally, I was disturbed to hear about the presence of black mold inside the ice machine 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢at the bar area, which raises significant health concerns. The condition of the walls in the back prep area was noted to be filthy with grease and food debris, further contributing to an unclean environment.
To top it off, there were issues with food safety as raw animal products were improperly stored, with raw eggs placed above raw beef in the walk-in cooler. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Overall, this experience has left me very concerned about food safety and hygiene at this establishment. I would recommend exercising caution if considering dining here until these serious issues are addressed

I saw an employee pick her nose and keep working as if nothing. I asked her her name and she said it was ash I’m guessing it’s Ashely ? Still. It was gross.

I’ve been to 1800 lucky at least 4 times now and have always not enjoyed it but 2-3 days ago was by far the worst. We each got dumplings rice and bao buns and ended the night extremely sick for hours on end.
This is a cool place to be but the food is severely overpriced with 20% included for absolutely 0 work being done. We came here for a pretty early dinner and I was showing the place off to someone but left a very bad image of miami’s food for them. This will be my final visit after both of us getting so sick for no reason. I can see why the business model works when people are partying but this isn’t a place to get good food
