Management & front desk are beyond incompetent. They don’t allow one in the building without physical ID? Like what building in todays age doesn’t accept a photo of the ID. I showed them 3 different photos of ID, passport, health insurance, work ID with the same name, photo, everything list could go on but they did not allow me in because of the lack of physical ID. I can only imagine how poorly they treat those that live here.

Jonathan P and Johannes P are the most lazy workers I have ever met. I have photos of one of the brothers sitting down talking to a resident instead of doing his job !

A leak in the 1060 side. The units to avoid are the 01 line. If you rent or own verify there is no mold. Some units were painted and could not hide the flooded floors.

Avoid unit 2701. Looks to be full of mold. It is in the 1060 Tower. The white paint could not cover the waterline. Might of been flooding in the entire place.

I own so I'm not going anywhere anytime soon but this place is managed very poorly. My hallway look like it's from 1980 and the carpet and walls awfully maintained. They have plug in due to smell and they maintain the rest to make you think it's nice.

Hi guys! Be careful with this building! I received an apartment not suitable for living. April 14, 2022 I rented an apartment on the 26th floor. From FORTUNE INTERNATIONAL REALTY , landlord is SHETLAND INVESTMENTS LLC , WITH AGENT YACKELINE LIDERMAN . April 15, I realized that the water heater is not working. I started emailing and calling SHETLAND INVESTMENTS LLC. to all my requests to fix the hiter and other minor problems, such as broken toilet cisterns in both bathrooms, a faulty refrigerator filter, and a broken blind mechanism. For all my requests, they simply lied to me that plumber had already left, that he would come before the end of the day or call to make an appointment. After 2 weeks, the plumber really came, looked at something else and left. It's been another 2 weeks now, and the lanlord's office isn't answering my calls or emails. To my legitimate request to return to me all the money that I paid for 3 months, they replied that I can leave the apartment only if I also pay a penalty fee of $ 7500. Be careful and choose some other house to live in.

It's a very nice building, and offers a spectacular view from the balconies. I have my on the opinion of the price, but it's definitely a nice building.

Lived here for only a year with my husband and had to move due to unfortunate & unrelated circumstances during the pandemic. We loved our apartment and the amenities here (although they would benefit from a little music and some grills in the pool area).Other than that, the staff was always very helpful and front desk Amado and Owen were absolute gems! I didn’t even have to ask them for my packages when I walked in the building, they would already be getting them ready to hand to me when they saw me walk in the door. I always felt very safe living here and the other residents were pleasant, mostly everyone keeps to themselves. Would live here again if ever moving back to Brickell.

I just over there to make a key copy, but the receptionist even asked me if i wanted a cupcake on the way out. Ive never seen a nicer receptionist in my life. God bless that man.
