Elevators are a major issue in this building. Some if not all of the 3 elevators will simultaneously go out. In the year I have lived here, they have partially and or completely gone out 3-4 times/month. With a unit on the 20th+ floor, it is exhausting.

Location is great. The staff is even better. It's a large building in a big city. It's easy to complain when things don't go smoothly, but mostly, it's a wonderful place and things do go smoothly.

The building is nice. However the service is horrific. They are not responsible for any loses caused by their staff. To be more specific if the valet, ironically call LUXE, crashes your car, which happened to me you might receive sorry and that's it. Be careful with this property.
