I went in last night after a day of brunch and mimosas. We needed a nice place that had different options for dessert and Freddo was the perfect place. I had the Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and this was very delicious. The Lava Cake was exactly the way it needed to be, very warm with a nice runny middle. The ice cream was great and I really enjoyed this combination. This is a dessert to go get for sure!

This is my favorite ice cream place. It's a little pricey but 100% worth it. Ice cream quilting cannot get better than this. Passion Fruit Mouse and Dulce de Leche are to die for!

Delicious ice cream freddo unique : 3 toppings and 3 ice cream flavor. The attendant is great . It is Sunday afternoon, he is alone but super friendly. While I was having my ice cream, many clients came by and the attendant had the same attention to everyone. Ps: he has a beautiful voice . He was also singing while working . The service was quick and friendly! They took our order and have asked again and have a seat while we prepare our dessert and brought it to the table. I was surprised by the quality and flavor of the chocolate ice cream cone that my wife got. Location environment is right in Central Downtown and near everything. It's a great spot for a quick dessert that hits the spot. I partook of the brownie ala mode with the vanilla bean gelato and candied walnuts! Absolutely beautiful dish

I got the worse service from Alicia. I've been a regular customer for three months and always enjoyed the ice-cream I was buying at your place. Last time when I was here I got the ice-cream that has ice in it. The quality was terrible. This time I ordered the largest size and they barely filled the cup. I complained but the lady responded rude to me. All my family and friends were your customers. I'll make sure that they are aware of the situation I faced. Paying $8 for this amount of ice-cream is ridiculous. Ah! I also added tips and what I got in response was a terrible service from Alicia. Won't be back ever!!!

Nice splurge if you're looking for your gelato fix. I first Yelped ice cream around the area and this popped up along side Hagen Dos. I wanted to try something different so I ventured out here and so happy I did! Just a little note for out of towners, if you put this on google map it's not accurate. It's actually on the corner of 11st street right passed the flatiron building being built... staff is uber friendly. They let me try a bunch of flavors and gave me their fav recommendations. Sometimes people hate letting you taste, but here there were very appeasing. I got the Italian mascarpone which I highly recommend. It's not too sweet and has some raspberry swirl. I mixed it with Tramontana cookie semifredo. Yummy
